We wanted to take a moment to address recent concerns regarding the new portal service, FrontSteps, and its associated fees for processing ACH payments.
Above all, the decision to transition to FrontSteps was driven by our commitment to enhancing the security of your banking information. In light of increasing cybersecurity threats affecting millions globally, we made the proactive choice to discontinue storing homeowners' banking details within our systems. Instead, FrontSteps offers advanced encryption capabilities that ensure your sensitive information remains secure.
We understand that the introduction of fees for ACH payments has caused frustration among some homeowners and *****s.Homeowners still have fee-free alternatives such as bill pay through their bank or mailing payments directly to the association's lockbox.
We provided notice to our members 60 & 30 days prior to the updated system.
The decision to upgrade to Frontsteps was made by Vintage Group and not your community's ***** of ********** We hope to continue earning your support and trust as we strive to provide you with the best experience.
