      I expressed to the management company that ***** from **********************, was made aware of my service dogs being attacked and laughed at my face when I told her that I had a disability. To date, she has not made any attempt to resolve. She started to retaliate against me by increasing my rent, and gave me a "warning" about my dogs pet waste. I advised her of the over charges that are STILL on my account and she fails to return my calls/emails. She also did not give me an opportunity to renew my lease. This management company lacks empathy and ethics when it comes to their properties. I am now banned from entering the leasing office and have to do all communication own writing, despite ANYONE ever replying. ***** charged me a late fee last month when I sent her emails PRIOR letting her know that the my online portal wasn't working. I followed up everyday, and still no response. ***** offered lease renewals to EVERYONE in my building, except for me. She just only DRASTICALLY increased mine, and only mine. There is a lot of turn over here. The leasing office is ALWAYS closed. Petitions have been discussed within neighbors of these same complaints.

      On February 21, 2024, you visited the leasing office requesting a renewal offer. Our community manager ***** explained that renewal offers must be approved by the Regional Manager and assured you that she would request to have you included in the next round of renewal offers.

      You mentioned that you were hoping for a lower rate than your current rent, and ***** informed you that there would be an increase rather than a decrease.

      Regarding the late fee charged in April 2024, it was due to a reported lost or stolen card set up for autopay, which prevented the payment from processing. This issue was not related to any system error with the resident portal.

      The only reason I gave a one star is because there is not an option for 0. This company does false advertising and does not give full refunds when item is returned. Also they claim that shipping and taxes are included in all refunds that is not true. Stay away from this company and their productd

      Clarion Management is in charge of multiple complexes but I'm speaking for *************** in ********, ** specifically. My move-in date was Oct 2021 and move-out Oct 2022. All rent payments were made in full and on time throughout. Upon moving out I was told via telephone by *** (leasing agent) that maintenance walked through my apartment and stated there were no issues. On November 15, 2022, my wife received a missed call with no voicemail left from ***************. She informed me and I took it upon myself to glance at the ****** mobile phone app to see if there were any random charges they would be inquiring about; there were. They were all listed on November 8, 2022. Mind you, my lease agreement ended on October 28. I attempted multiple times to make contact with *************** via telephone but was met with negative results. Anytime throughout my lease, if I had to make contact it HAD to be in person, they refuse to answer the phone most times. I finally got in contact with ***** (leasing agent) who stated even though I cleaned the apartment, they still have a "professional" clean and they charge the former tenant. ***** further stated ALL final charges get sent immediately to a collections agency. I then attempted to contact Clarion Management itself to inquire if this is normal business practice (sending it straight to collections without notifying the tenant). I spoke with a ******* at Clarion who continually attempted to forward me to *****************, in total leaving two voicemails with my callback number, no response. I then contacted again and ******* eventually transferred me to her supervisors' (*************************) voicemail. On multiple occasions ******* stated she was going to give me a call back or follow up and failed to do so each time. This business continues to ignore customers service calls in hopes that you give up and also immediately send random charges straight to collections without any warning or demand letter as stated in the lease agreement.
