            On or about 4/15/2024 Received notice from PenChecks Trust about my fund: traditional opening balance of $241.09 that a company I worked for awhile ago Vengroff, ******** **************** 401k profit sharing plan contracted with PenChecks Trust Company of America to aid in distributing your retirement account money. They gave three choices I choose that *** funds be paid $241.09 directly to me.

            I'm still waiting on my funds. I see that they state they have to verify they have the funds before they distribute them. They received the payment from ****, which they held for 5 days before I could do anything with. Then they said I had to wait for 7-10 days to process my request while referencing an EXPIRED Patriot's act. Every *** is regulated by the federal government. It's BS that they have to hold money until they feel like sending it out. This is 2024 and banking is almost 100% digital.
