I read the previous complaints for A.V. Hawaiian and there exactly what happened to us. We have an electrical box that contains breakers and wiring/timer for the pool light, yard lights, and solar for pool. We have no problem with our timer for the yard lights and Solar comes on if prompted, pool light has only come on in past when we turn on the switch. The last few months the pool light would come on during the middle of the night and sometime all hours for no reason. My Home warranty had a tech from A.V Hawaiian pool come out , he just looked at the breaker box where all the wiring and breakers are and said he knew exactly what the problem is that it's an old board and needs to be replaced, seen this all the time. I called the home warranty company that said it was declined because the tech said it was a problem with the yard lights and the pool lights and they needed to be replaced. I told warranty company that he didn't even look at my yard lights or my pool lights and said it was the electrical board, actually he even said he would write it up so it would be covered. I tried to get in touch with Hawaiin and ask why they changed the description of the problem, no return call. I called the **************** and told them that my lights are fine they all go on and no need to replace lights they told me "What was written in the report is not covered" nothing in his report had anything to do with replacing the electrical box panel. They sent another request too Hawaiian , again no answer or return call. after several voicemails they called back and said tech talked to warranty company and he stands by his assessment. I have seen many complaints about the same thing with this company, I wonder if the get the $125.00 for the service call and put in a report they know won't be covered so their unskilled tech wouldn't have to do the work? Don't use this company at least read all the other complaints on yelp

AV Hawaiian Pools In Lancaster California was never affiliated with the other and I have retired and Closed the business over 2 years ago.
