The worst management company to ever exist. Please avoid all their ************************************ They have broken so many laws and broke our lease terms constantly. All the neighbors agree as well that they are terrible. #1 they lie to tenants about their assigned parking spots. They constantly promised other tenants our original parking spots and told one tenant they have 3 spots when its actually 1. And also another tenant they told they have 2 spots including our original spot in the lease. #2 they charge extra utility fees for shared trash and the lights on the property which there are none. And when we ask for clarification they completely ignore you and call it RUBS fees when they have no idea what the property looks like. #3 they never answer your phone. The management rental group and also the landlord. #4 they raise your rent to cover the fees of their terrible ************************************* #5 they did not remove my roommate off the lease for 6 months after even sending them all the details. #6 they let an illegal Airbnb run on their property & towed one of their tenants cars because the illegal Airbnb guest complained. This cause random Airbnb guests to park in our lots & block our cars in constantly & know all our gate codes but would tow our cars instead. #7 the realtor leaves all the master keys in the lockbox in the front and does self-tours. Many random people know the code now to our lockbox and could easily take a master key and open our doors. In fact many people have tried to unlock our doors because they didnt know what unit to look at and we had to stop them before they entered our house. I am begging you to not step foot in their properties. Please go with a private family owned property or an apartment complex who are more responsible and caring and not terrible at management! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
