    I asked this company to translate and certify my divorce decree from English to another language on October ************************************************* *******, ***** I have called and emailed many many times to get a hard copy since 10/17/24 and to this day 11/9/2024.I have not received the divorce decree translation , but they did mail my certification on 11/6/24. I tried few other calls and email to have them to do what I had requested and they have ignored my request. Today I asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke to ***** ****** a supervisor and she was very unprofessional and aggressive and told me that she would do me a favor and when I asked how come, she got mad and hung up the phone. I have asked another company to do my translation and would not recommend them to anyone else due their inadequate process and their unprofessional behavior,

    We did a small translation for this client.  We did it correctly and on time.  As per our contract, we sent the certification to her by snail mail.  We do not send the translation our with each project, unless this is specified prior to completion.  Most people just print it themselves.  We also charge for this service.  In this case it was not requested. When ******** got her mail with the cert only, she was very angry and called us and yelled and berated multiple people on out staff.  This includes *****, who took the brunt of it. 

    At no time was ***** ever rude to her. I have worked with ***** for many years, and she is calm & professional.  This client was extremely rude to her. Despite this, we agreed to send her the translated materials and did not charge her for it either.

    I often look to see if the company is in good standing with their local BBB, which is why I took the time to this complain. I guess I need to add lieing to their unprofessionalism on my first review. My trail of emails to and from *** will authenticate my allegations. I emailed multiple time and even after receiving a reply of confirmation I was ignored for a month. If anyone likes to see them I be happy to provide them.
