Just like other reviewers have noted, they waited years before sending me a bill for an 'outstanding fee' that is highly questionable.If I could give zero stars, I would. My initial visit was uneventful, and I received no bill. The following year, I had another appointmentagain, no bill. Then, nearly four years later, I suddenly receive a bill for over $300 from my first procedure. Excuse me? What is going on here?Ive repeatedly requested a detailed invoice and have yet to see any evidence. The bill claims my insurance did not cover the mammogram. I've had exceptional insurance for years and have questioned the legitimacy of these charges multiple times. They still refuse to provide any clarity or proof.Calling them is a futile exercisethey never answer the phone. Voicemails and emails are equally ignored. Trying to dispute charges or even schedule a routine mammogram becomes a nightmare due to their complete lack of responsiveness. No one deserves to be treated like this.While the doctor is great, the front desk staff desperately need retraining or replacement. Their utter disregard for patients' concerns is appalling. I can't help but wonder if theyre dodging my calls because I haven't paid the disputed bill. Thats not just unethical; its illegal. Denying care due to unpaid charges? How dare you. Patients deserve better.
