We've had nothing but nonstop issues with our backyard since AAA came into our lives. We've filed several complaints and had numerous things fixed and fixed and fixed. Only to find that there are still more issues with our $48,000 backyard. They are HORRIBLY overpriced, there finance companies are crooks and don't help with anything. We've recently discovered more issues with the piping that was laid under our artificial turf and pavers. Drainage pipes openings buried deep under or river rock. Drainage pipe coverings that don't properly fit. The money we're spending to have a beautiful backyard based on looks and not in functionality is insane. They used the cheapest week barrier and we get nonstop weeds since the moment it was completed. Everything was done the cheapest way possible, but cost us an astronomical amount.

In February 2021, the AAA Green Builders circled our neighborhood offering repairs for home owners t a reduced price and no (interest ) financing. After describing what they could to refurbish my swimming pool, I accepted and signed their work order with a stipulation that we would include no other party in our agreement. After the work begin, they started finding other needs that the building code required (split-drain, not so for pools built before the code changed) and that the spa is not part of the pool. The spa was my biggest problem because the feed to the pool came from the pump through the spa. The pool was losing water because the water was not making a complete cycle as the pluming had disconnected between the pump and spa. Something unforseeable but, $19,000.00 on top of the $18,000.00 I am already paying for the repair. It doesn't make since even though they threw in a new pump, which I didn't need. I could not get them to share with me who the financing would be provided by. I found out when I received billing from three different sources and they were all charging 9.9% int. They (the contractors) had cut the loans up to make then suit their purpose. It took me two years to sort this out as the lenders were told that they were supporting home improvement. Upon complaints to the lenders, (they got tiered of me) I was able to get AAA Green Builders to explain what they had done. Before this, they would not return my calls (not one in two years) not even for the malfunction of their equipment.Let me say that thing became hostile when they found out that I was standing by what I said about not involving another party (I am a senior citizen) and they could only cross the line so far. May have been spanked for this before. I did provide someone to verify that I am capable, whatever that means, but only to keep the work flowing and the quality of work acceptable. The work was getting sloppy.

I was promised a discount program for new ********** home owner special that they had going on. Which was supposed to be 30% to 40% discount. This was the sole reason for me signing it and I was told I would get the discounted amount after I signed the 3 day right to cancel and once financing was approved. All this time later and I see no discount provided on my loan. Also the concrete work they did had cracks within minutes and there were no repairs. I was also promised rebar throughout the whole concrete. There was no rebar from the sidewalk. They did not wrap my house with plastic or anything and I told them before they had started to wrap my house because I don't want the concrete getting on my new house. And upon looking I also gave them a check for $7,900 that was supposed to go towards the $45,000 loan. Rep tried to con me into signing two separate loans in which I stated before he even told me about it that I would not want two separate loans on my credit as I can't afford it. He went ahead and provided me with two separate loans anyways. Our rep told us if we went with them they would give us concrete for free because we had a quote from another company and they offered to throw in the concrete for free if we went with them for our backyard projects. Upon review I ended up being charged for that amount as I was promised it'd be free. Rep claimed he took the amount off in a change order but he did not as promised.

I sent a letter of termination of contract to AAA Green Builders is accordance the contract I signed on April 26, 2022. I notified project manager in February 2022 the planning still is not completed. However, I was told various times planning and permits were completed from him. After creating an account on the City of Lancaster portal to review the status of my project. It was brought to my attention that the permits were not completed and I was lied to. There were additional changes to the planning initiated by the city plan checker that still needed to be updated. In accordance with the terms of the contract, AAA Green Builders promised to approximate start 1-17-2021 with the completion date of 8-17-2021. A downpayment of $910.00 was paid to AAA Green Builders. Contract states that company will provide set of plans including: 1. full blue prints and plans for room addition (480 **), city permits + city fees included 2. School fees are not included 3. All corrections of plans are included. Work or service to be provided upon final approval fee was $5000.00 and upon plans print $3190.00. A contract change order was submitted 1-17-2021 with the agreed contract price of $84,450 with a 180 day extension. There were no additional contract change orders drafted or signed thereafter. It's been a 1 yr and planning is still not completed or new corrections called out to be fixed from the previous year corrected. I was told planning was completed and requested to pay the amount of $16,555. I requested an itemized invoice describing the new fees I was being charged, that were not identified on the signed contract. I was then sent an invoice for $14,400, I requested a breakdown for those charges that was not provided. On July 12, 2022 I received a Notice of ************* Lien on my property requesting the payment of $92,640 from ********************* from Montana Marketing & sales dba AAA Green Builders. I tried to call the number provided ************* but busy signal.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. My husband and I live in a new development, and we had just bought our first home when **** from AAA Green Builders came to our door claiming to be HOA Affiliated, we were quoted $12,000+ for pavers our 8x 40 side yard, which we did not know was outrageous at the time. We signed the contract, they did the work in a day. The pavers were not leveled, water would build up on the middle where the drain they promised to install would've been, and the pavers weren't even centered to the doorways. We have been trying to get this straightened out for ALMOST 6 MONTHS and I am officially out of patience. Upon finding out that they are not actually HOA Affiliated and getting our already finished sideyard plans denied, we asked the project manager, ****, to come over to talk over our concerns where he said " I did not put a gun to your head and force you guys to sign" and "you go ahead and take this to court if you'd like, I'm not scared of you" following that by walking out on us mid conversation. My husband and I are currently in violation with our HOA, stuck in the hands of these aggressive people with nothing we are able to do. They were supposed to come and "fix it" today and they gave us an 8am-11am window for when they will show, they didn't show. We called and were told that they will call us back when they know when they will be able to come. Such a waste of time and energy. We just want our side yard fixed.

completed a pool and full backyard upgrade for over $240k. project manager was extremely pushy and sat next to me prompting to finalize payment before job was done promising " don't worry we are the best". Damage to existing rv access when they drove multiple dump trucks to my back yard. *** was completed during jan in winter, however, it took till march to get the jacuzzi to work and June to get salt system to work (there electrician disconnected it). i have called multiple time to get a supervisor to come out and look at the shorty work. project manager does not return calls. there are cracks in my new concrete, cooping is poorly set and has sharp edges. heater is not energy saving ABOVE ALL contract reflects for a pool that was 20x40 , 8 feet deep with and attached jacuzzi, 4 lights (led) on each side along with artificial turf and concrete *my pool is only 6'8 (im 6'5 and can stand with my head out)*finish is very rough and rip my kids feet along with mine *total of 4 led lights in pool and 1 in jacuzzi *heater cost me $600 + to heat pool in the summer *destroyed sprinkler system without permission and added a drip line that is killing my 6 large palm trees *no drainage was done for turf area (rain causes large flooding in porch area and damage to stucco/foundation)*ac units were not properly set after moving *no pool automation (i have to manually turn all valves and settings for both pool and jacuzzi)*very poor finishing

The contract was signed sometime March or April of 2022. I have called the office 2 times and no one returns my call. My husband has reached out to the contractor and no response from him. Unfortunately AAA Green Builders sent out one of their employees to our home and convinced my husband to make a "completion call" to the loan office, even though the work was not completed. At that point we trusted them and saw no issue with it. The employee stated that it was okay to make the call even though the work was not done. Now, they have been pushing our project to the side and ignoring us. The contractor has reached out to us once since then, only to say that they are waiting for material. There has been so many issues with our project. From building a planter That could not fill dirt to the top and after it was built telling us that we had to pay an extra $4K to water proof the planter in order to fill dirt to the top. To not hauling out the trash that's still to this day in our backyard, to the fire pit that's not completed. The fire pit only needs about 5 bricks to complete the shape in order to add the top portion to it. But the contractor stated there's no parts. I have called Angelus paving stone, which is the same company where they originally purchased the bricks, I had an employee confirm the bricks are in stock. But the contractor states they are waiting for parts. This work is costing us $80,000. The work is not completed and our project is being ignored, especially now that the "completion call" was made. Our contract states that the dirt will be added to the planter but had not been done. Contract states they will build fire pit but still not done.
