      I worked with their sister company (1 Stop Builders) previously and was very happy. This time I was hard sold a **** unit without them FIRST checking to see if my current electrical panel could even handle it. After the install when I was running my swamp cooler it arced and died. Then the project manager (****) said that the electrician had told him I shouldn't use the new a/c until the panel was updated. That added another $8500+ to the bill. But that's not my complaint. My complaint is that after bugging **** since November 2021 to have my swamp cooler fixed since the **** install is what caused it to arc, and fix the noise in the living room vent, nothing has been done. In fact he began avoiding me, and ignoaring my calls and messages. I finally called the office, which they initially responded favorably that they'd have someone out to check everything. Then they canceled saying **** had to still give them information. That was 3/7/2022 when they were supposed to send someone, then canceled. All I want is for the swamp cooler to be fixed so I can keep my animals cool while I'm away without running the expensive a/c, and the noise in the vent taken care of. I'm still getting advertisement emails from them though, so they do have my contact information.

      On ******** we agreed to a **** landscaping project with salesman ***** *** & AAA Green Builders contingent on financing terms that were reasonable to us. We were told by *****, that we would have a year with no interest and during that year we could make payments of any amount and that after the year we would pay interest on the remaining amount. The company makes you sign a 3-day right to cancel without reason so we oblige because we want to move forward. After taking our info and running a credit check, we receive a financing package from the company on ********* but it did not include the terms initially discussed, it did not include the year of no payments. After advising ***** of this, we received another email from a different finance company for the terms we discussed on ********* Within the terms of that agreement, it states we would pay a finance amount of about $*** if we did not pay off the full amount within the first year, which is not what ***** told us. We called the finance company and they told us the exact same thing. At this point we are well outside of the 3-day but we would like to cancel because we were misled. Had we known the true terms within the 3 days we would have canceled right away. On ********* we originally reached out to *****, advising him we would like to cancel. ***** persisted in contacting me in person as if he was attempting to reconcile and our time was wasted for almost 3 weeks until I texted him to cancel once again and he finally acknowledged it on ********* I called the company on 05/06/22 and 05/09/22 and left voicemails about canceling and no one reached out to us. On ********* I called and spoke to ******** who advised us our cancelation fee would be ****** No specific penalization was indicated in the contract. I asked her to send me an itemized invoice detailing exactly what we are paying for. On ********* we finally receive an invoice that says "cancelation fee ******* with no detail whatsoever.

      I had AAA Greenbuilders come in selling us to have them complete cement work in my front yard and painting of my house and garage. They did a very poor job on the cement and was a way over priced job.. I'm living with ugly cement work, the house has several voids on the exterior as well as different shades on the facia (you would have to look at property) they have sent the same team out multiple times and it's just worse. They are avoiding our calls refuse to refund for not delivering the quality work they agreed on and keep passing ** around or don't respond. That's the short story behind my complaint.

      1/4/2022 signed contract to remodel two bathrooms, laundry room, update fireplace, retile front entry and kitchen and enclose patio. baths and laundry would be done first. Was told first bath would take 15 days and second bath would take 1-2 weeks. subcontractor told me work should have been done a month and a half ago. for the past three weeks there has been approximately three days' work left to complete both baths and laundry. subcontractor sends his helper who performs small task. nothing is complete. I have been told on several occasions that subcontractor would be coming over to finish the project. no one shows up. we have patiently waited on numerous occasions for workers to show up only to be disappointed again and again. this is not healthy for me or my wife. we both have high blood pressure. my wife has cried on several occasions because we would be told subcontractor was coming over next day to finish up and it doesn't happen. there's a lot more going on, but we are just so tired and disappointed. we worked hard and made many sacrifices to get to where we are in life. I retired from the **** after 22 years and completely retired two years ago after finishing a second career of 20 years with the state. we don't deserve this. Nobody does. have gotten into heated arguments with contractor on several occasions. again, not healthy for me. please help us.

      company only contacts me when they want money which i do not currently owe. company keeps workers from coming to complete project. case in point... subcontractor who is actually doing work told me 4-6 weeks *** to complete project. we are 4 1/2 months into project and still not done.

      Less than a month ago, I paid AAA Green Builders $****** to build me a new fence. This company uses pressure to get you to pay them before the work has been done, pressure you to approve of the work before it is done, and write a glowing review (but do not worry if you are not sure about the review they will write it for you). They do this by promising to fix what you have concerns about. After about two weeks, the fence started to fall apart (Literally). One part has actually separated from the rest of the fence. I also have 63 boards that have warped after just over two weeks. Trying to get repairs made has been a nightmare. I have gotten nothing but promises. Three different times they said they would come here and fix the issues and three different times I wasted my time waiting for them to show up.

      Original date of signed contract was March-2021. We had constant issues of lack of communication and follow up. We constantly asked for a detailed quote which ended up taking weeks to get. It took another few weeks to get the design. For several weeks we would not get updates on the status of the project. We would constantly text, call or email follow up. Around July time frame we finally were to the point of complete frustration and could not get any answers. We were told it was being help up by permit office/city. They were back logged because of Covid & all the other projects in the city. We were told they expected to be permitted in a few weeks. This went on until end of Aug and again we asked to cancel the project given the fact they had not met the compliance deadlines to the contract. *****- the assistant we were working with again convinced us to extend one last time. We gave them until the end of Dec 2021 to complete the project. Again we received almost no follow up until the end of Nov when ***** requested additional details. There was no follow up again until Dec 21st when she said they had permits and were ready to get *** approval. There was no chance to complete even the approval process by the final extension we gave them (end of Dec 2021). We again requested cancellation of the project due to non compliance of the terms. ***** assured us she would discuss with the owner and handle it. Nothing else said until the rude "customer service" person named ******** called us basically threatening us & trying to make us continue the project. We checked with the city permit department in March of 2022- NO permits were pulled! & No follow up beyond initial request (in November 24 of 2021- keep in mind they had told us months prior that the permit department was holding up the project), no fees paid at all. Today we received a notice to lien for the entire amount no explanation- ZERO work done and they will not respond to us. We have zero trust in this company.

      just want them to stop all work. I rather have incomplete work than to deal with them. They do not give me options simply do things without my approval. Nothing is being done the way we initially discussed, nor as I want. I was promised things that I thought was the reason I had to pay so much money, however I am not getting all those things, I'm paying over **** for a basic pool and pavers. I would have NEVER used them if I knew that. They lied to me about what I was getting and the things that Have been done, have not been done the way I want. They plastered my pool without asking what color I wanted, they just put white, I would have never chosen that, and I hate it. All I have is pavers! They damaged my water pipe and killed all my plants and grass. Then they had the nerve to start to "fix" the problem by redoing my landscaping in my front lawn, BUT instead of actually fixing it, they pulled up my ENTIRE drip system. I demanded they reinstall it because I did not tell them to remove it, as of today it has been 3 days and no one has so much as been back to my home. My drip system still sits on the side of my driveway. I'm so disappointed, and angry! the project is costing me *********************. I don't ever want to work with them again. They told me the project would be done by February, it's now April and all I have is a pool & pavers and dead front lawn. They completely stopped my project to start & complete my neighbors backyard, using the same design they gave me. At this point I want an attorney, to get back my money. My backyard was not done as I agreed, my property was left filthy, I have never received instructions on how to use my pool equipment, and it seems not to work, despite my request for assistance none as been provided so I have NEVER been able to use my pool. because I cannot work the equipment it randomly comes on running for hours but not cleaning nor heating the pool, this cost me money by increasing my electric and gas bill. I have absolutely no landscaping, no replaced plants or flowers which they damaged, no recessed lights in my bedrooms, no custom basketball court, no custom outdoor kitchen. I have none of the things I was promised. What was done was done without my approval or knowledge, I did not approve of the plaster color, nor the color of the lights in the pool. Furthermore the project manager **** would always come over with wine and dinner to get me drunk, then ask me to sign documents. ****** the company manager came to my home without an appointment and started threatening me with harm if I did not give the company more money. Additionally the company charges inflated prices that are no inline with the work. They send undocumented workers that do not speak english, making it impossible to communicate with them. Lastly this company operates under serval names ***, 1 stop remodeling, build for you, AAA green building and more, due to their illegal & unethical practices and their complaints and citation with the Contractor's State Licensing Board. Many of their associates have lost licenses under other their many construction business names. They took advantage of me because I am a single woman and mother. They want me to pay for work I don't like or want, and work they have not done, and a pool I have not and cannot use. I refuse to give them another dime of my money. They've done terrible work. The best thing for them to do, is be happy with they money they have already scammed out of me. I have retained an attorney, so I am not scared by their bullying tactics and threats to pursue legal action. We will are ready to do the same.       AAA Green builders came to install a fence on my property along with a new gate and complete a power washing of my home in April of 2021. The work done was satisfactory until January of 2022 when I noticed the fence was leaning over. I called the business who said they would send someone to fix it. After two no-shows a man showed up to "fix" the fence. My fence is on a hill and his repair included digging a deeper hole. Although it wasn't completely straight when he left, I signed to say that a repair had been made. 2 months later, in March, the fence began leaning yet again. I called the company who scheduled an appointment to come and look at the fence again. The "project manager" stated that the problem is that the fence was built on a hill. Acting as if the fence constantly leaning over was expected. Nobody told me that this could be an issue or that this could happen. If they did I wouldn't have had them install it. Why would this company charge me $****** for a fence that would continue to lean due to its location? That is poor customer service and terrible workmanship. I am in the process of having them come back again to attempt to rectify this situation. This company has shady business practice and I am not happy.

      AAA Green builders was working on my neighbors property when they used a bulldozer to drive across my property to clean up my neighbors property. I informed them that they damaged several sprinklers and pipes underneath the ground and dug up all my grass in the front of my yard and the side by the neighbors yard. They came to my house twice and said they would fix what needed to be fixed and just to call them. I called and they stated that they will fix what needed to be fixed when my neighbors property is finished. It has been two months and no word or communication. I've called and left messages and no one has returned my calls. I just need my yard fixed into the condition it was before they ruined it.

      I signed an agreement with AAA Green Builders on ********* to lay a concrete walkway on the East side of my home 4 inches thick and on the West side 6 inches thick concrete completing a driveway and paving a walkway half the distance in length on the side of the house. It was specified 3000 psi strength for the concrete with steel rebar enclose for reinforcement. I took off work to be at home while the job was completed. The approximate completion date was ********* and noted in the contract. The Project Manager refused to work on Saturday, **** claimed as an off day and stated he doesn't work on Sunday, ********** First, they wanted to lay concrete over a desert landscape and didn't locate where the water was dispense to water my plants to be sure all my plants would be watered, until I insisted and the Project Manager *** ***** begrudgingly agreed. They were going to lay concrete over rubber desert landscape hoses instead of PVC pipe. The Project Manager was argumentative over the latter. Second, in the contract it states the contract poured on the west side of my home was to be 6 inches thick, and it is only 4 inches thick. Breach of Contract. Third, when the concrete was poured the Rebar was not positioned above the ground 2 inches in a 4 inch thick concrete and 3 inches in a 6 inch thick concrete, but layed directly on the ground, and the concrete was poured right on top. Breach of Contract. They should have known better, but they didn't, and tried to argue they lifted up the rebar as they poured the concrete to assure me it is not on the ground. I was watching them and they didn't lift the rebar as they poured the concrete. The concrete poured for this project didn't meet minimum specifications outline in the contract so that I know it will support the weight of a either a Motorhome or Apartment on the West side and on the East side of my home the rebar is laying on the ground not supporting the concrete and the measurements don't have parallel lines.

The customer only wants to make sure there wont be any issues in the future with the cement but we explained to him and gave him the warranty for the job. customer is also refusing to meet and discuss. AAA Green Builders has been the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with as regards to their business practices. They wanted me to sign the completion paperwork for the job before it had been completed. I pointed out on paper where it said not to sign before the job is done. Furthermore, the company saying I refuse to meet with them is simply not true. I have was working with the Project Manager,**** and when I didn't get a satisfactory response I request to meet with his Supervisor, and we spoke and afterwards he wanted me to sign the completion paperwork on his word of what he would do to satisfy my concerns, prior to the actual work being completed and I refuse, reminding him the work needs to be completed per contract before I sign any completion paperwork. Three people have come to my home and have spoken to me about the project on three separate occasions and that is not including numerous phone calls with company representatives, nevertheless we have not been able to come to a resolution. To say otherwise in any way is a complete fabrication. The worker confirmed there were no issues with the cement but still offered to redo the work and the customer refused and said he does not want us to come back and do anything. AAA Green Builders has had plenty of opportunities to complete the project per contract midway through the project and when it was almost completed, but unfortunately their Customer Service was not up to the task. They kept asking the homeowner to sign the completion paperwork before the job was completed, again negating their contract obligations. They refuse to complete the project until the completion paperwork was signed, which raised concerns and that's when everything fell apart. Their staff was disrespectful in their response being argumentative because they were not supervising the workers to see if the work was done correctly according to the contract despite the homeowner bringing up legitimate concerns. Currently their is a leak under the contract driveway pushing mud onto the street. The Project Manager was warned the latter could happen because they didn't verify how the landscape fed water to the side yard and therefore didn't reconnect the desert landscape properly as per contract. Desert Landscape black hoses were left above ground, digging up previous work, making redundent connections, undermining the landscape system to function and perform as designed, so much so I need to pay the cost to remedy the problem. I currently have to water my own plants until the desert landscape drip system is repaired due to other water leaks in the desert landscape, that they were suppose to repaired, but because their work was not sufficient to resolve the issue the problem persist. A simple measurement proves the concrete is not six inches thick per contract, as I demonstrated to the company supervisor on his initial visit, yet they dispute what is right before their eyes. The concrete is not even four inches thick in some areas exposing an uneven pour. On the east side of the house concrete lines in open space areas don't lined up with concrete lines on the same side of the other open space area, and they blame the customer because he didn't bring it to their attention, when it was in the contract. As I said before not per contract the rebar is on the ground giving no support to the concrete, and so they initially offered a ten year contract and then a lifetime guarantee warranty. AAA Green Builders has no intention in honoring any guarantee because they have shown the homeowner that they are not going to be in business in ten years because of the way they treat customers. The homeowner believes a warranty is only as good as the business who backs it, and the homeowner has a no confidence AAA Green Builders. The homeowner is no longer willing to do business with AAA Green Builders. The homeowner advised the Supervisor on his initial visit that due to the many Breaches in the contractual obli Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2022/04/19) */ Per our response before, We are aware there are things to be fixed per the customer and we brought the worker there last time the customer met with the company and the worker offered to redo the whole job at no extra cost and the customer refused. We can only do what the customer approves, if the customer doesn't approve for the company to come back and make necessary repairs then we cannot force it on the customer but he still has a contract with us and the work is in fact completed and it was inspected several times by our company and the customer continues to refuse to let us do anything at all. The company has shown despite that opportunity to complete the project they were unable to do quality work by allowing unsupervised workers rush through their work, arguing with the homeowner instead of addressing his reasonable concerns regarding water leaks in the desert landscape, that have come to fruition, cutting corners that didn't follow industry standards whether it is laying concrete or reconnecting my desert landscape as per contract.
