To be honest I cannot confirm that I am not being scammed. I was recommended this company by someone who said the entire process from start to finish was only $400. I called and spoke to April **** O. ***** whom told me the advanced packed was $497. I happily paid it and was told I would be working with Attorny ******** *******. I received ONE video from her and then was passed to her assistant ****** ******. She was great in communication and then one day ****** ****** started sending me links for payment at 5am EST. She told me the link would expire soon & I need to pay it. Come to find out the $497 was only attorney fees and I still have to pay $350 with the **** plus $11 in taxes. I paid and now today 11/12/24 I received another link stating I needed to pay the ****. when I told them I have a receipt the they changed it to just needing a signature. All of this is happening at 6 am which ARE NOT office hours!!! The entire process is fishy. They are unorganized but keep asking for money. I do not recommend this company. I emailed ***** ***** dating back to before September, asking for clarification and why they were asking for more money and I never heard back; when i mentioned the BBB, she finally emailed me back with gaslighting lies but here is the real kicker. Shes located in **** if its 6am ESTyou mean to tell me she happened to be up and working in ******* at 3/4am??

I needed to renew my Trade **** and Trademarkia indicates on their website that the cost starts at only $99. After completing the application they charged me $948. I looked at all the things they charged me for and cancelled $349 worth of things that I didn't need. They did reimburse me this amount. However, they called me and texted me saying that my deadline is coming up and there were other things I needed to complete. I finally got someone on the phone that knew what they were talking about and they emailed me again. Unbeknownst to me their emails were going in my spam folder. I finally opened the email and there were additional costs that had to be paid of over $500! In the interim, I renewed my trade **** with someone else and asked for a refund of $599 from Trademarkia. Well......of course they declined because they said they have been emailing me and calling me. How much does it cost for someone to email and call???? Certainly not $599 worth. TOTAL SCAM....DO NOT USE TRADEMARKIA!

As a part of our service, our attorney reviewed your TM renewal application and provided you with legal advice. Also, we did follow up to get your TM renewal process complete. Simply because you have renewed your application with someone and not with us, our efforts do not get nullified. This page is a scam, the times to process a simple application are eternal, they do not respond to emails in decent times, they last on average 2 weeks which further lengthens the time to register a brand, which led me to realize that it was **** times better to educate myself and do the registration myself, it literally took me 1 day to do the application while I'm still waiting for a response from them. Additionally, they charge you in a tricky way monitoring charges that appear after a month.
