I went to brident dental in February 2024. The dentist suggested a crown. It is October 2024 and the crown fell out. I had my spouse contact the dental office, currently I am out of town for work. Prior to that the staff was informed that this tooth would be fixed for a job so it needed to be done right, as I would not be unable to fly back if something went wrong. When the dental office was contacted, the manager told me to get it capped or fixed where I am currently located, meaning i will have to spend more money to fix the tooth correctly for something that should of been properly done in the first place. I am in pain.

I had work done at the ************* location on ***************** beginning September of 2022, my work concluded approx June 2023. I paid of my bill on February 2024, balances reflected 0. Approximately July 2024 they sent me a bill stating U owed $1518. I started making phone calls, going back and forth to the office to fix this problem. Turns out they are charging me for a service I never had done. They never sent that bill to my insurance either. I have no contract with my signature on it for that work. I told the billing manager and she confirmed I did not have that work done. They filled out a form called a par number to dispute it. About 2 months later I get a bill for the same amount, I called them and they said it was not approved. I told them its your company disputing it also because I never had that work done. I told them I refuse to pay for something that was never done.

I have been billed in error for dental services in October of 2022. My insurance was never billed for said services. I have called them several times (2-3 times per month) to resolve the issue. They continue to tell me that insurance denied the claim and someone will call me back. I NEVER get a call back. Now they are sending me to collections. The online reviews show this is a common practice with this business.

On 10/19/2024, I arrived to the Western Dental *************** location @ 10AM for a scheduled 10:30AM wisdom teeth extraction (lower left & right). The appointment was a RESCHEDULE (made on 9/18/2024 & scheduled by a ******** ******- previous Manager). I checked in @ 10:30AM & was asked to fill out consent forms. I was also made aware of certain optional "out of pocket expenses", which I opted out. After finishing paperwork, I waited in the lobby for approx. 15 minutes. Current manager, Foumava **** calls me up to explain that I would, once again, NOT proceed with my pre-scheduled appointment. I explained that someone in their office had called me the following day to confirm & that I had driven approximately 4hrs, (from ******, Ca to ***************, **) as well as fasted for over 12 hours in preparation for my appointment. She explained that despite the travel expenses, time, fasting, etc., that "it didn't matter and that all I could do for myself is reschedule, for the second time, but at a location closer to my home." I tried explaining my last encounter a month before with a pervious manager, ******** ******, and how I was turned away from a far advance scheduled appointment on the initial guise that my insurance had failed to respond to their claim request, then changed their explanation to my insurance flat out denying my procedure requests. ALL claims were proven false; I have letters from my insurance stating the exact opposite of these claims. Also made a point to call my insurance (09/18/2024) to fact check Ms. ******** claims. Manager explains that she had just taken over ******** ******** job & that "she had a lot of mess to clean up because of her", but STILL proceeded to VERY coldly turn me away with little word in edgewise/little explanation. Manager simply kept explaining that "the anesthesiologist was not in today" & that "I need to go to another office." ******** ****** PRESSURED me to extract w/NO meds, Foumava said I wouldn't go on w/out meds

I took my daughter to Western Dental around the begining of October to apply for a retainer. My daughter's braces were installed at another dental office(Redwood Smiles). (Redwood Smiles) installed her braces in 2019. My daughter had them removed in 2021. She has been wearing a plastic retainer since 2021. She recently broke her plastic retainer. I went to Western Dental at the begining of October ,to get an estimate for the price of a replacement. I used my insurance to be seen by a doctor. I was given a quote of $600.00, which is expensive within, 30 minutes I was given another quote for $850.00. I felt uneasy so I declined the services and I left Western Dental. I was at Western Dental for approximately 35 minutes total. No work was done, just a consultation only. On October 22 I received an invoice in the amount of $850.00. The invoice states that I am currently 20 days past due and if a payment is not made by October 25 then a late fee my be assessed. I was also threaten by having my invoice sent to a third party collection agency. Abosolutely no work was done yet I am being billed. I have great credit an I would not like to see a stain on my credit rating. Thank you

Western dental lost my retainer impressions, never notified me of the loss. When I came in to pick them up I was told they were not in and they had been lost and needed a new impression. My braces had been off for 3.5 weeks and my teeth completed shifted and my bottom gaps opened back up. They provided no info and couldn't get the retainer back faster eventhough they made the mistake and didn't notify me. The manager of the location was extremely rude, yelled at me and caused me so much stress and wouldn't take blame for what had happened and was basically blaming me. I have an autoimmune disease which cause me to have bone loss. This was very detrimental to my teeth. I filed a grievance and was told I could no longer be seen there by orthodontics yet they want me to continue to pay my monthly installments but won't see for after care that I have signed a contract for. So therefore they aren't rendering services for services paid and continue to pay. I have paid about ******* already and they refuse to adjust the amount owed and want me to continue to pay. But won't see me for after care.

Totally 4-1/2 weeks without teeth. This is unacceptable and I will never ever go back to them after I receive my teeth.

I was over charged for service. I had upper ONLY braces put on. However paid for upper and lower braces. From day one ***** the office manager was lying. She is a lier and have ******* to lie with her. They do not contact your Dental provider or send preauthorization. They do things to get you to pay of pocket. I believe its so the insurance is not involved and they can over preice. I paid cash for braces ( Not through dental insurance) although my provider would have paid partial for it but ***** NEVER sent in the paperwork. She asuured me that she would take care of it? And I had no reason to doubt her at the time. Because I did not know her character so I allow them to start the process, thinking that my insurance would get involved. When I asked for a copy of the claim, she gave me a copy of the dental fee sheet and the out-of-pocket costs after telling me to wait a few days for her to PRINT the actual paperwork out ( which I never received). This is after the braces were put on that day. I called her later that day to see if I could have them removed. She told me to have it removed the upper that was what was put on first) it would be $1000. I was charged for upper and lower although the Dentist told them I ONLY needed upper. After questioning them month after month. More then halfway into treatment the Dentist told them yet AGAIN to make the adjustments on the charges and they DID Not. To continue treatment I had to pay monthly in order to finish treatment of the upper that was started. They have the worst Denist turnover ever. I had seen four or more Orthodontist during my treatment which was about a year and seven months. The Dentist wasn't the problem. They all were good. Nevertheless, the office staff IS AWFUL, DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL ***** would avoid me and have ******* do her dirty work. I 0want the money I was overcharged for service/braces never received

I lost a filling and I went in three times trying to get my tooth fixed complaining about pain and they sent me home without examining me saying they weren't supposed to schedule an appointment that day and to reschedule after waiting each time 45 min to an hour in the lobby, then when they scheduled the next appointment it was too far out and they said the insurance authorization was expired past 6 months, and she said a month ago she would re-authorize the referral which they have not, and now my tooth cracked from neglect of treating it for so long its completely broken in halve and the tooth cannot be saved. It could of been saved if Western Dental at ****************** in ********* treated me on the days I went in instead of sending me home after waiting an hour in the office.
