Jan. 24th, 2021 Started Full upper denture Replacement. Also lower implants with dentures. In March the dentures came in, soon after the Top back Tooth chipped. The Dentist just filed the rest off. I mentioned that the gums on the upper partial were too thin. They became so thin, started wearing down. For only having them a few months. They obviously werent made Right. The implants ( on bottom) cause an infection to my gums. Unable to wear the bottom dentures for a month.Swollen a lot. Needed antibiotics.August 2021, I thought they would be right. Wrong.Sept. 21st another appt. Bottoms were too loose, couldnt eat with them. Speaking was sloppy, wouldnt stay in place. So the dentist applied a paste to the dentures. Had me bite down for 10 mins. She wasnt able to take them out, stuck halfway. To remove them by breaking them while in my mouth. Now the bottoms had to made again.Sept 21st supposed to be ready..Had to send them back. Now its, Oct, 26 Appt. Still not ready. Back on Nov 30th, finally. But they still needed to be adjusted.Dec 14th my appt. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs, notify the assistant I was going to the bathroom. Only gone a few minutes, when I returned (rm 7) They had placed another patient in my chair. Reschedule my appointment for Dec 20th. After I was taken to the chair (rm 7). The front desk called, wanted to reschedule. Why, I was already there. Been there for 30 mins. Now its Dec 22th Waited for 2hrs and 45 mins. I explained my gums were tore up, got a blister, because the lowers were too long. Cut into my gums. She did shorten them. Another appt was made for Jan 10th. Still had to finished the top, they dug into my gums. Its been a year. How long does it take? I believe I waited way more than necessary allotment of time. And the sad thing is my dentures still arent right.

Since March 2021, I have been going to have 5 teeth replaced and a partial. Since then, I lost 1 tooth (it just fell, while I was reading), another is chipped and of course they say it's my fault.I have payed more than 5,000dla, not counting what ******** payed. (And I was hit with a **** in the middle of treatment). I can't even count the amount of times I went to have molds made for my partial. I have no idea why. Finally, the partial was ready but it was always tight. Too small for my mouth. With 6 teeth instead of the original 8. I went several times for adjustments but ************** accused me of not resisting pain and being too bothersome. This was the worst mistake I have made in a very long time. I need my money back. I need to go to another dentist to have the work done, in a professional way.

I paid for service on Feb 12 2020, account was closed due to contract fulfillment. I submitted to my insurance company for a payment, which then should go directly to me since the account was closed and paid in full. I received a check from Western dental minus $186.83 .I call multiple times to billing offices and managers to get information on why check was not full $ ****. I get hang *** and run around ,no one will give me an answer as why money was taken out, and for what if the contracted amount of $4768 was paid in full.
