            Date of transaction: 7/22/21 Amount paid: $199.40 Nature of dispute: Product has stopped working after only 3 cycles of use (3 months)I reached out to the business several times to resolve this issue. Finally after several attempts, they admitted that the device has malfunctioned and offered a $30 discount on buying a new Mira ******* After detailing to them how disappointing their response was, they decided to offer me 2 more options to resolve the issue: a 35% discount on buying a new device or a complimentary device AFTER I purchase 3 boxes of wands which total around $200. They have admitted that my device has an internal issue however all their solutions are to make me pay more money when its their device that has failed.

            0 would be what i would give them. I signed up on the 9th, but had to cancel because my graduate program would not accept them since it is not insurance. I canceled the account on the 12th without using any services and was charged $300 on 14th. I can understand $45-90, but $300? Now I have to lock my credit card with fear that they will charge me again. I thought this would be a great thing to use after I graduated, but no thanks.
