I gave them a one because theres no option to give a zero and leave your opinion but this has been the worst experience I have ever had. I received a job offer contingent on my drug test and background check which are all done through good hire. As soon as I put in my information I received an alert from good hire that also goes to the employer asking for the background check and on that alert it had incorrect criminal history information showing me as a convicted felon. I disputed the accusations and after doing so I looked at some other information they had already acquired it had me by several aliases that were not correct along with living in ******** in which I have never even been. I contacted Goodhire and ask them about of the discrepancies they stated they could fix the aliases by me downloading my drivers license and social Security card so I did so I noticed right away they took off the aliases but left the ******** they said there was no way they could change it. I also asked them if they could investigate and fix the criminal history they said they couldnt I would have to do the legwork and get documentation I told them that theyre hired to do the legwork and that I have a job that I cannot take off of to do this but it wont get fixed. I have to go do it myself and then download the documentation I work those hours and I am not going to do it because I cant afford to lose this job in order to take another job that probably wont hire me now because I contacted that employer by email asking them if I should go for the drug test because thats a ********************************************************************************************************************** based on this information they never responded so I am not going to the drug test I missing out on a job that pays five more dollars an hour thanks to Good Hire . And then today I looked again and my education was in yellow Because of wrong start date But showed graduation correct.
