Quick Quack please do not disrespect me further by giving me your generic apology (that isnt sincere) that you have given every other person here and every other site complaining about your non existent distant customer service. I had 6K damage done to my vehicle by a quick quack air freshener. Worst part.. I was approached and asked to fill out a quick quack survey to which I obliged. My reward for helping out quick quack a free quick quack branded air freshener. Once installed (hanging) in my vehicle in less than 24 hours 6K in damages. It destroyed melted my interior. Quick Quack initially acted so understanding. They wasted 3 weeks of my life getting quotes multiple phone calls etc led me on as if they were legitimate and would take care of the damages caused by their product. But when it came time to pay and separate themselves from a good company to a great company or from a below average or cheap company. Lets just say they didnt separate themselves they actually plunged to the depths so unimaginably poor. Placed all blame on me the consumer and was not nice about it! I will say the vehicle wash is pretty top notch. Just pray that nothing happens to your vehicle while using. Hello ***** - we apologize that you have had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim. Our team always takes every claim of damage seriously and we always thoroughly investigate every claim. We apologize if this process took longer than desired. Our store leader communicated with you through every step to keep you informed of the status. Unfortunately, this claim was denied because there was no negligence found and the instructions for the Duck Scent are printed clearly on the packaging. We understand that this is not the solution you had hoped for; however, we cannot accept responsibility for damage not caused by the wash. Our regional leader did explain that you can go through your insurance and we will provide them with any information necessary for their claim. I am so disappointed to say that I will never go to or use quick quack again. My in person experience was absolutely phenomenal throughout my time having a membership with them. However, their telephone customer service is an absolute joke. I went a month ago to get a car wash and the cute girl working the line told me about the deal they had going on for the most expensive membership plan. I believe it was half off. Normally $38.99 and was $18. I said I would get it but that I needed to know when I needed to cancel it and how. She told me that I could cancel it in person or online and that I just needed to do it by 11/05. Yesterday 11/03 I was charged $38.99 (two days early). I went ahead and emailed their customer service expressing that I would like to cancel and would like a refund since they charged me early. They proceeded with canceling my membership but did not address the refund. So today 11/04 I called the customer service line and spoke with ****** who told me that the girl who sold me the membership gave me the wrong info and that he would not be able to give me a refund. I wasted little time talking to him and asked to speak to a supervisor. Thats when I spoke to *******. She told me that she could not refund me either because the system wouldnt allow her to. I asked her to honor what the in person employee told me and she refused. If you sign up for a membership here make sure that you dont intend to cancel or that you cancel way far in advance because otherwise they will s**** you over. When every account is created, every customer signs the terms and conditions, including our cancellation instructions and policies. We also immediately send a welcome email with the renewal date, the renewal price, and a link to these terms for reference. These terms are available for viewing on our website. We do everything possible to be clear with our customers regarding our policies. As it states in the terms and conditions: "5.2 You can cancel Services (including removing a vehicle from a Flock Pricing plan) at any time. When you cancel, you are solely responsible for properly canceling the Services. You may cancel the Services by giving notice at least ten (10) days prior to the renewal date of your Services by email at *********************** or by phone at ************." Hello ******** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience. We have looked into this review and feel like it is a misrepresentation of our brand, team and service. While we are not perfect, we also realize that occasionally individuals feel enough anger toward us that they may share things that are not based in facts or truths. As our team member informed you, the license plate of the vehicle you were driving did not pull up with an account and therefore we could not wash your vehicle without either adding it to an account or paying for a single wash. This was not a power trip but an employee following company policies. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, we cannot wash a vehicle without payment. When you declined these options our team member opened the gate so you could exit; however, you pulled forward and tried to enter the wash anyway. When approached you exited your vehicle and showed aggressive behavior. You left the facility, spoke with customer care and corrected the issue on your account. You returned later, got a car wash, and parked in our vacuum area. At that time you walked into our office and became aggressive again with our team member that had served you before. For this reason, your account with us has now been canceled and unfortunately, we can no longer serve you. Our team members deserve to work in a safe environment and we cannot allow this type of behavior. We feel sad for the events that have led you to this point and wish you the very best in the future.

I'm on the phone with customer service now I was told at the car wash that they had a special going on for hallf price I paid the $20 and tried the wash they said I could cancel after 30 days if I wanted to downgrade or cancel the monthly fee. So I just received a charge on my card before the 30 day period for the full price at this point I wanted to cancel and was told with an attitude by Madison(manager) that even though I have not had a carwash this month after cancelling I would not be refunded even though the month haven't started. Madison the manager was horrible on the phone and said there was nobody else I could speak to but her.Quick Quack Car Wash Response

Hello ****** - we apologize for any issue you have had with your cancellation. The promotion you refer to was advertised as 50% off the First Month of our Unlimited Ceramic Membership. Our membership is a subscription that will auto-renew until cancelled. You have had a membership with us previously and received courtesy refunds on February 10th and June 23rd for similar reasons. At the time of those refunds you would have been informed of our cancellation policy. Unfortunately, because of these things, we could not offer you a refund at this time.
Your billing date is set for the 25th of each month and we received a cancellation call on the afternoon of the 25th. Your account billing was completed on the 26th.

We typically will try to work with our customer if they call in at least 3 days before the billing, unfortunately we did not receive a cancellation request during this timeframe.

Your account has been cancelled as requested, and while we could not provide you with a refund, you do still have access to the wash for the rest of your membership until Nov, 25th. We have sent your concerns regarding how your phone conversation was handled to our customer care supervisor and asked them to look into this and address any issues they find. We hope to better serve you in the future.

Our store leader did provide you with photos when your claim was denied. We apologize for any frustration this situation has caused you, but we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash and is shown on the footage to be present on the vehicle prior to entering our location. Our customer care did receive a cancellation request from you on 9/16. At that time your account was cancelled. Unfortunately, there was some misunderstanding and you had intended to only cancel one vehicle on the account. When this was brought to our attention we did apologize for any misunderstanding and offered to assist you with resigning your other vehicle; however, we had a minor pricing change on Aug 1, 2024, and we are unable to revert to the pricing of your original plan as that is no longer available. For your inconvenience, our team did offer a month free membership which would effectively provide you with the equivalent of the previous pricing for 18 months. Unfortunately, this is the only solution we can offer as we cannot override the system and apply a price that is no longer available. Long time customer of QQCW in ******, **, and use it weekly on our *********************************************************************************************************************************** front of her, and noted the truck behind her was just as close. The car was put in neutral, and my wife relaxed for a few moments of piece on her phone. Just after the multi colored foam was applied, she states she felt a bump. Then moments later one bump after another as the truck behind her was being pushed into the rear of our car, over and over. Everything was stopped and an attendant approached her, stating she was off-track. She was told to put it in drive and turn left to get it back one-track. Everything was re-engaged and was asked to fill out an incident report. Pictures were taken, showing damage to the front right corner of the plastic bumper, where I imagine was a sharp edge, and the repeated bumping of the car behind her kept shreading the front bumper until it was stopped. I've requested a copy of the video they stated would be used to determine what happened, as we've only received and email stating they feel they're not at fault. As simple as it's always been to do as instructed, to align the car, place it in neutral, and remove your feet from the pedals, and not to touch the steering wheel, how is she liable for what I am sure will be thousands of dollars of damage? I need logical, legal reasoning of why they feel they are not liable for what I believe was either a system malfunction or that the user in front of her had stopped. This shady practice of "feeling" they are not at fault needs to stop and they should be responsible for damages done to ones vehicle. We trust their systems are maintained properly to avoid situations like this, or they should have systems in place to prevent things like this from happening. Hello ****** - we apologize for any frustration you have experienced and that you disagree with the outcome of your wife's claim. Our team did a thorough investigation of this incident and the footage shows that there was no malfunction of the wash during your wife's visit. Upon entering the wash every customer is given the safety instructions to 1) Place the vehicle in neutral 2) remove your hands from the wheel, and 3) remove your foot from the brake. When these instructions are followed your vehicle will be pushed along through the tunnel in a safe manner until the directional signage at the end of the wash instructs you to "go" at which point you will place the vehicle in drive again and exit safely. Unfortunately, these safety instructions were not followed in this case causing this incident. The footage shows that your wife's vehicle was loaded correctly with the proper spacing of 3 safety rollers between each vehicle. At one point during the wash your wife places her hand on the wheel and turns around like she is looking for something in the back seat. At this time her wheels turn causing her vehicle to be pushed off the track which then resulted in the vehicle behind her to collide with her vehicle. The wash did not malfunction in any way during your visit and the damage caused was due to driver error and failure to follow the safety instructions provided. Like a normal traffic incident, the driver whose actions caused the incident is responsible for any damages that occur. We will be happy to provide any footage and information needed to the insurance company of any party involved so that the correct party can be held responsible. Without a claim, we cannot directly address your concern, but we can assure you that we are committed to always doing everything possible to ensure the safety of every vehicle that travels through our wash. We wash hundreds of vehicles each day without incident, but in the rare case of damage, we always thoroughly investigate each claim. We do have our damage claim policy posted in multiple locations at every facility including at the entrance of the wash. As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old. Also, antennas should be removed or retracted. Even with this policy, we will investigate any claim of damage to ensure that there was no malfunction of the wash that caused or contributed to the incident. We always try to work with ever customer for a resolution. I had damage done to my vehicle on 7/25/24 (MY2021). The damage was confirmed by the store manager and an incident report was made. I was told to get an estimate and provide that to the store manager at the ********* location. This was done promptly. I have now made over 15 calls to the 888 number without resolution. They keep saying a check is pending. Every time I call they say they will escalate the issue. Incident #****** has not been resolved to date. Just a bunch of excuses and statements saying they are just the middle man. The damage is a safety issue and needs to be repaired immediately.Quick Quack Car Wash Response
