******* sold me a service that never performed as expected. Whenever i went to use the service i had to call him to reset or change SIM cards or some other fix. After wasting time fixing the issues, the connection speed always underperformed (less than 1.5Mbps). I realize that we are using this in a rural area with poor connection but it never achieved the speed that he intially showed during the first installation (5-6Mbps). After about 6 months of poor service, the connection was fully disconnected and ******* said that ATT will no longer provide the service (it was ATT's fault and not his according to *******). ******* would not offer a refund for the partial month of service because he "already lost a lot of money with ATT". He would also not buy back the expensive modem/router which was now useless and only provided 6 months of dissappointing service. we found another provider that had a better relationship with ATT wtih faster service. Not sure why ******* didn't have access to this better service from the same provider. To top it off, ******* overcharged us 4 out of the 6 months of service. For whatever reason, he started charging us the monthly service fee twice. This happend for three monthss. In the last month, he charged us 3 times. Eventually we were refunded but if we didn't catch it and ask, we would not have been refunded. Very dissappointing.
