We contacted Fargo Van Lines, LLC on September 30, 2023 to ask for a quote to move a 3 bed/2 bath house to a different city within the same state. It was a 3 hour move. We gave them a list of everything in our house, inlcuding a freezer, a gun safe, 2 beds, couch, loveseat, chairs, desks, entertainment center, dressers...etc...etc.. an entire 3 bed home to be moved. We had already packed and moved all boxes and small stuff, we just needed furniture moved. They gave us a quote based on the list of items we gave them, we paid our $350.00 deposit. They were supposed to move us on November 28th and were supposed to call to verify inventory 1-5 days prior to the move. On Monday the 27th, we had not head a word, we called our "personal moving assistant" *************************, at the number given which started with 754 (the same number others have been given) ******* asnwered the phone and told us that she would send an email with details that day. We never received an email or even a confirmation that movers would show up. We emailed, called and texted and got NO RESPONSE. Finally, on the morning they were supposed to show up, we get an email saying the mover will be there on the 29th between ****. The next day, still no driver.... the driver calls and says he's late and can he just come the next day, we say NO WAY! He says he'll be there between **** PM. ****** wanted almost double original quote. Called *******, who is the rudest, most unprofessional Piece of C*** I've ever dealt with. Like others have said...after a vulgar shouting match with *******, we told the driver to leave. This company does this to everyone, read the complaints. They need to be shut-down and never allowed to practice in the US again. ******* needs to be fired and NEVER allowed to do any sort of customer service ever again. She is the worst kind of person there is on this earth. She litterally laughed at us and said she knew the space quoted wouldn't be enough room to move everything on our list.
