            If I could leave 0 stars I would! If I could change management companies I would !!!! We currently have been without hot water for five full days with the last communication stating the plumber would be arriving Friday when a part was received- it is Friday 4:39pm and we were not notified one way or another about if the plumber would be here today or not. We also have been trying to get our front door call box fixed for three weeks at least- we have inquired about getting our trash situation under control with new locks and cameras as it continues to be an issue- we have requesting to get our building tented due to termite infestation for going on 3 months. When I called today- ******* preceded to hang up on me as she ran out of passive aggressive replies to my direct feedback regarding SDHOA- needless to say- I do not think we will be getting hot water any time soon.
