********** for this company. I called and spoke to two different people at their call center. Neither of them could answer my main questions, which were; Am I saving money by being forced to enroll in the program since 2022? And can you (SDCP) issue a credit from the last four months as I was overcharged. They could not give me an exact number for the first question, and I would have to email them my bills even though they already have all my bills. They need to compare when they have all the info. Terrible customer service for not being able to give me how much I am saved or overcharged. For the second, the supervisor told me straight out, Our bill is not wrong, when, in fact, it is wrong since they estimate how much they are going to charge me based off **** when, in fact, **** was wrong on many occasions. When I asked for a credit Policy and Procedure, they did not have one. They literally over charged me and will not compensate me anything. This business took money from me and refuses to issue a credit of any kind. As they told me before, the bill is not wrong. It seems fishy as they opted me into their new with a lower rate only after complaining. This program has been available for over 4 months and yet, they kept me at the higher rate even though there is now a lower Power Base rate that is far lower than their current imaginary rates I forgot what its called everyone is being over charged unless you opt-into this lower rate. This is a terrible business practice. They are literally providing lower rates but keep it a secret from their customers. PS, there is no details of this on the **** bill. SDCP is a 3rd party option and charges you roughly the same basic rate as **** but its just another company I must call and try to get my bill lowered. Its a hassle. This company is unethical.
