      On 03/11/2024 I purchase plumbing supply for $76. However, I was issued a duplicate order which totaled to $152. I reached out to HD supply when I noticed that my credit card was over charged and they said they would fix it. Then my neighbor tells me that a package was delivered by mistake to them which was addressed to me. So I reached out again to HD Supply to let them know that they made a mistake and shipped a duplicate order and wanted to return it for a refund. The return was made 03/22/2024. I'm still waiting for the items to be picked up and receive a full refund on an order I did not make. I have even offered numerous times to drop off the duplicate order to a nearby facility and they said no. This is taking way too long and its frustrating on waiting for someone to pick up boxes are sitting in house taking up space. Specially when it was a mistake on HD Supply by duplicating the order and delivering it my neighbor. Please help me get my refund. Thank you

      PSA: Do not buy anything from HD supply solutions. We ordered 2 bathroom cabinets a few weeks ago. One arrived damaged. The end was smashed in. They shipped the cabinets from ********, using their own trucks and drivers so they cant blame *** or Fedx. So we called about the damage cabinet. We had to pay for a replacement cabinet. They reassured us that they would reimburse us when they received the damage cabinet back at their warehouse. We were also told that they would pick up the damage cabinet in 3 to 5 days, but not necessarily when they bring the replacement. A few days later I find out that the replacement was damaged in transit it never even got to us. Call again and they asked us to pay for another replacement. Just in case you lost count we have now paid for three cabinets and they want us to pay for a fourth one. **************** tried to reassure me. This was not a scam, but just the way they did things despite the very bold print on their website, that says no hassle returns. Maybe Amazon has just spoiled us ? when it comes to returns but definitely not happy with this company. We ended up just sending it all back. #hdsupplys

      I bought 4 wall furnaces, invoice W223737398. After almost a month, ordered on 1/1/24, they arrived on 1/30/24. The delivery of 4 units had 2 units damaged. The face covers on the furnaces were damaged and they are wall furnaces so they are visible. I called the delivery company who said to call the seller. I called HD Supply and spent over 2.5 hours speaking to diff people. I finished with manager *****, who gave me the option to rebuy two more furnaces and if or when they get more they will send two more that I have to pay for now, but there is no guarantee they will get any more. Or option two was to buy the wall face panel (which i thought was better since its just the part that's damaged and much cheaper than the furnace) but they said I would have to buy the two panels at $900 and there would be no refund. After going round and round I finally gave up. DO NOT BUY from this company. Management was trying to get me to buy more things from them and this all comes down to the company they shipped with or their warehouse that damaged the 2 furnaces. So now i'm stuck with two furnaces that look like junk. I simply was asking for a credit to buy the panels that were damaged or send me replacements but they wouldn't do either. They said the furnace is out of stock and manufacturer isn't making them any more.

      I have multiple credits due from this company according to the first monthly statement that they emailed me. The credit is for over $700.00. I called and requested the monies due to me and was told that since I had an unpaid invoice from 11/07/2023 (they never submitted the invoice for payment), that they would not be able to refund my monies until they received that payment. I am unable to subtract the monies from the credit to pay the invoice. I need to have a record of the invoice and the payment. They've had my money from October 2023 - February 2023. I shouldn't have to call to get them to refund me monies due. This is theft!!!

      My name is *****************, customer # ******* I placed an oprder several months ago, and received the wrong item. I promptly called and asked to return the item. They agreed to pick it up. I needed the original item I had ordered, so I took the incorrect item to the warehouse. They would not give me a receipt, stating the drivers usually pick up returns. So I took it back. I have been waiting since. It is still being billed to my account. It has been well over 2 months now. I have called 7 times. Every time I call, I am assured it will be taken care of. Yet, it dosent happen. The excuses varied from Thanksgiving to now... Christmas. I know it will be New Years for the next delay.In the meantime my account shows past due. Can someone there help? Everyone emails the warehouse, but nothing gets done.

      I purchased 2 doors from HD Supply in October 1, 2022.October 5, 2022 one door in the incorrect size/style was delivered. I opened up a case with HD Supply to have them pick up the incorrect door and provide a replacement of the 2 doors I originally ordered. They created a new order for 2 new doors.I was advised on October 28, **** that the door would be picked up within 3-4 business days.Over a month later, on December 7, 2022, the door had still not been picked up, a second door was never delivered, and I had never received a refund. I opened and received a chargeback with my credit card company at this time.Over the next several months I received several collections notices from HD Supply.I continue to receive such reminders to this day despite multiple responses to let them know I never received the items on the order and I will not be paying for them.

      07/01 Order #W215609562 $194.24 My husband ordered a door from HD Supply. The door was never delivered, despite HD Supply's online system claiming that it had been delivered. After multiple phone calls with customer service, another order number was created on 7/29 **********, which as of today 10/29/2022 shows as "Return in Process". On 10/17 my husband's credit card was charged $194.24. This is not a transaction that my husband initiated.We never received the merchandise we ordered from HD Supply, and have now been charged twice with no refund. After several phone calls to HD Supply with no resolution, we decided that our only option was to file a dispute with our credit card company and to complain to BBB.

      I ordered a solid core door from this company, was informed it would be delivered on 8/1/22. They sent an e-mail on that date asking how pleased I was with the delivery, The following day I was informed by the trucking company that it would be delivered early that afternoon. When the truck arrived in the area, the driver called me to tell me he was parked in front of the neighborhood elementary school, which I told his company to have him do as I live in a Mobile home park and was concerned as to his ability to maneuver his truck through the park. I drove the half block to meet him and he showed me the door that had holes in both sides and had been stepped on on each side. I refused to accept the door and have pictures of the condition of the door. I have contacted the company a number of times to get a refund and all I get is an excuse that they will get answers and get back to me within ***** hours. After over 2 weeks of this i called again today to ask about my refund only to get the same reply, hence, my filing this claim. They accept your money immediately, (required to order) but make it impossible to get a refund. My recommendation is to find a company that is a Member of the BBB and had positive reviews.

      I ordered a replacement part for my oven. They sent my the wrong part (that was mislabeled as the right one). I called to return it. They said they would accept the return and pick it up. They never came to pick it up and have not refunded my money. They have not responded to any of my attempts to follow up by email or phone.

      Purchased 4 Frigidaire Units from HDSupplySolutions from my hotel in 2020 with a one year warranty. All 4 units had defects that began to show in 2021 (within the year of warranty). I was forced to spend money to replace the units immediately. I made the warranty claim in September, when the units were still under warranty, and I am still not been made justly. HDSupplySolutions, ************************ still have not made right on my purchase of the defective units. They claim that my storage of the units caused further damage, however, the units were defective prior to storage.
