I ordered food through DoorDash on 10/30 to be delivered. The delivery person NEVER showed up although I received an alert saying he/she was here. I provided detailed instructions in which they didn't follow. I sent a text message asking, "Where are you" I didn't receive a reply. The driver marked my order as "complete' when it wasn't. I chatted with *** online who blamed me saying I gave in the incorrect address. I know my address. Then they said the driver made an attempt, but no one buzzed the door. I also asked my neighbors who were outside at that time did a food delivery person show up they all said. "no" The *** said they could refund me $12.75 on an order that was $48.00. That's unacceptable. I called and spoke with someone who ultimately put me in contact with someone who named ***** who said he was a supervisor. ***** assured me that I would receive a full refund credited back to my card. I used closed captions apps to communicate so I have that proof that he said that. I was NOT refunded the full amount on $12.75 and then given a DD credit. I spoke with another CSR online who was RUDE, he disconnected the chat and did something with the service to where I couldn't reconnect to chat. I called someone told me that the full refund as processed when only $12.75 was processed. I asked for an email from DD clearly stating the full refund was processed but no email was sent. I was a faithful customer of ********************** up until this happened. Extremely bad customer service not to mention not being honest.
