    The hotel that I booked did not exist. I arrived at the property at 10:00pm after a 5 hour drive away from home. The hotel had changed brands a month prior and they did not have my booking. I then waited an hour to get connected to a customer support agent via ********************'s chat service. I would have called but they do not have a phone number on their site. The solution we came up with is that I would book another hotel and forward my invoice to Super.com for reimbursement. I would also receive a full refund for the original booking. Fast forward 2 weeks and I finally received my refund for the original booking, in the form of travel credit for their website. I immediately reached out to chat and waited over an hour to be connected to a customer support rep. **** conversation led to me getting the refund for my original booking deposited back into my bank account, but i would now only be reimbursed the price difference between the 2 rooms for my outsourced, replacement room. Fast forward a week and no reimbursement. I reached out to customer support via chat again and was told the same story. I'd get the price difference reimbursement. Not fully believing the agent, I was able to find and call a customer support number for ********************. I was then told over the phone that the previous 4 chat support agents were telling lies. I could not be reimbursed for a hotel that was booking anywhere other than Super.com. I politely voiced my frustration which then led to being put on hold while they investigate. After 20 minutes of being on hold they hung up on me. I called back right away but gave up after waiting for a new agent for 20 minutes. From booking a hotel that doesn't exist, to false promises on multiple occasions, Super.com is not a good company to work with. They prioritize profits over their customer. They'll give you the run around until you give up on trying. You win Super.com.
