I inquired about Springboards services less than 2 months ago. Finding it to be too expensive I told my representative that Id no longer be going forward into the program. Fast Forward to present day and I was charged almost **** dollars for a class Im not enrolled in. They continued to say it was a glitch but have not reversed the charge and now will not answer me through chat or text service, its been over a two weeks now. This is literal theft because Im not enrolled in the program.

My son was using my phone and admitted to pressing random things in my email and one of those things was to extend an arrangement between me and Springboard from 6 months to 12 months. I had no idea about this and inquired Springboard about my approaching 6 month **** and that i made arrangements to serve in the ** army. Springboard is refusing to reverse this extension and I explained to them that I would never agree to this on my own because it hardly benefits me. Springboard is essentially charging me more than $13k (the cost of the program) to log my job search and meet with a mentor for 30 minutes biweekly for the next 6 months. I had already done this for the past 6 months and have not found a job. I have done my part and held my end of the bargain and now theyre refusing to refund my tuition.
