I placed an order on 9/4/23 and paid $44 for 2 day shipping and I still don't have the package(9/8/23). The customer service department just told me that the order hasn't shipped ( I should have received it yesterday) because she personally handled this order and she hadn't received an email from the supplier! She then said her supervisor wanted to speak with me(I asked to be refunded the shipping)and asked to transfer me. I said ok but was sent to a recording that said the extension was invalid. I called back and she said her supervisor that asked to speak with me is unavailable. She also told me that the mistake was her fault because she didn't send the order. Then she also said she was going to cc me on the email to her supervisor but when I asked why I didn't receive it (because im checking while on the phone)she said I can't be on an email to her manufacturer. Yes I am confused because this email was supposed to be going to your supervisor. Is your manufacturer your supervisor? She said yes then she said no. Then she said she was going to try to email her supervisor for a refund. She also said she doesn't know why the website shows the item can arrive in 2 days because it can't. What is going on?
