            Unlawful towing of vehicle on September 28 and 29 resulting in two (2) $510 charges to retrieve our sitters car back while we are out of the country. Notes were left on the car with confirmation numbers and Patrol One made no attempt after the 1st tow to rectify the issue. Their customer service refused to give their names and used a 3rd party towing service, not tied to the business who called to tow. If towing inside my own community, where we pay rent is this easy, what is to stop me from just calling to get any cars I would like to get towed with no reason or justification? Patrol one is an extremely predatory business and thankfully I have the means to pay for the unlawful towing. I cannot imagine how many families, single parents, college students and more are preyed upon by this business for profit.

            Extremely incompetent and unprofessional security minion was parked in the handicapped spot at our community pool and refused to move her Corolla when I verified that she wasnt handicapped. Its on video and will be shared.
