      Purchased the impresario a year ago and now the fingerprint not does not work. I cannot get to my watches and have sent emails and spoken with someone who promised to send an email for technical support but never did. I would advise to go with a more reputable company. I may have to break the winder in order to get to my watches

      The product arrived damaged and I provided evidence to which they agreed to replace it. I received several excuses about why they could not get me a shipping label to return the product or ship a replacement. I escalated to a supervisor who assured me the replacement would be shipped within 7 days or they would give me a full refund. I stopped hearing from them at that point and it has been just over 3 weeks since that communication. I have followed up 3 times and warned them that I would be filing a dispute for the transaction with/ my credit card company and notifying the BBB. This company positions itself as a ** (**********) based company but I believe it is a *********-based company with a registered entity in **********.

      Update 17-Sept-2024: I'd like to amend my previous review to confirm issue resolution. ********, from Enigwatch, reached out to me in August after not hearing from anyone since January 2024. Initially I did not believe anything different would result from the interaction, but she proved me wrong. ******** quickly sent a replacement watch winder in the exact same model I had originally ordered. The shipment packaging was improved and the replacement watch winder was not damaged. I would like to say that I feel like I have been made whole and no longer have any issues with Enigwatch. Of course, I would have like this to have been resolved back in January, but it has been rectified nonetheless.
