      I purchased this high-quality human hair wig last month. Ive had the wig for two weeks. The first week, the hair was matted around the nape. Human hair was not used for this wig; it is synthetic, but its being advertised as human hair. Ive attached pictures from literally three days after I received this wig.Additionally, their app will not let me post a negative review. Each time I attempt to post a review, I receive an error message, which is in the photos. This wig is absolute trash and I spent over $200!

      I purchased a wig from this company and it was supposed to be delivered by ***** on 9/12. Once I checked the tracking number it showed it was delivered and a picture was attached. The picture shows the fedex driver holding the package and a corner of a blue door. I live in an apartment building with over 100 units. Each apartment has Navy blue doors, with that being said i don't know who door it was delivered to because it wasn't mine. I reached out the company and they told me they could give me a partial refund by sending me an 18inch wig. I ordered a 24 inch wig and I refused the reshipment because if I didn't get the first one I didn't want the same thing to happen with the second shipment. I want a full refund because I never received what I paid for, the company is now telling me they can only offer me a refund of $170.00.

      The wig was poorly made with one wash the hair shed and the wig was left with ball spots. I spoke to the customer service and they was naming all kinds of the things I should have done. Which was never mention at purchase time,

      The date of purchase was September 15th 2024 I was online buying a wig from Unice hair when I went to check out they told me my order was rejected so I tried with another card which was the same outcome both transactions were for $156.60 I sent emails letting them know that my money was taken but my order was rejected and they just kept sending me the same notice through text and email telling me my order and payment was rejected I even sent proof that the payment was taken and still nothing

      July 1st, 2024 Owe me $173.89 Item was returned to sender due to incomplete address by Canada Post. I did not even recieve this package. Canada post confirmed the package was returned back to sender and accepted by Unice hair. They will not return my money, and keep giving me the run around. They are confusing me and trying to get out of refunding me. I am unbelievably frustrated, and I need that money back.I dont know what to do anymore, they are completely scamming me.

      I ordered a wig that did not fit the description of the product. I returned it. The refund got rejected saying I did not turn it back in time which I did. I had until July 31st. Then I saw a message saying that I didnt return all of the items which I did. Everything in the box was taken to the post office. I disputed the charge and it got rejected again. Rejection reason You can submit *************** request, rather than Refund only.You have the product but are refusing to return the money

      The products I receive is not as described. I was supposed to get a human hair with and it is obviously a synthetic doll hair wig and also it is very small made for a child. I contacted you nice to return the item for for refund, but no one has contacted me for a return label to their company for my refund and is getting close to the 30 day Refundwindow.

      I ordered a wig from the company, when I received the wig it looked nothing like the advertisement. I tried it on it was too small and the knots were over bleached and is a bit orange down the shaft of the hair. I immediately sent an email to the company requesting a return label, as they advertise 30 day free return. They replied once asking for pictures of the wig. I sent pictures and have not received a response or the return label. I have reached out several more times and still no response

      I purchase a wig from a company that goes by the name Unice on 05/05/2024 In the amount of $115.34 and they charged me twice. They also canceled my order claiming insufficient funds. My order number is UM657238354743662877 I did attempt to contact them via email and phone no response. My account is now in the negative and I not only need but want my money back.

      Hi purchase two wigs on February the 4th set up payments through zip pay two payments have been taken off my card for $45 and some change still have not received the merchandise try to track the tracking number that they gave me was unsuccessful can't get anybody on the phone they say it's a texting service and still there's no reply but zip payment is still trying to charge my credit card $45 for the payment arrangements that were set up but I still don't have my merchandise so I stopped the payment on the credit card
