I purchased a wig that I was not happy with and received it on 11/18/21 I shipped the wig back and it showed that it was delivered on 11/29/21 and I have not received my refund yet. The tracking number is ******************. Someone has been in contact with me saying that I will get a refund after I leave a review but I don't want to leave a review I just want my money back and they are making it extremely difficult.Initial Complaint

On 11/19/2021 I placed an order for a wig in the amount of ******** I received an email ******** the order was shipped out and should be recei ved in 5 days. I later received an email stating my order was delivered. I work from home and have video doorbell that alerts me every time someone comes on my porch. I never received the package. The tracking number provided by UNice hair does not list my address associated with the package. I immediately notified the company stating my package was not delivered and the tracking number does not provide the package was delivered to my home address nor is their a address associated with the package. I've also provided screen shots showing the fedex package was not delivered to my address , showing no address associated with the tracking number. Ive also advised I cannot report the package missing because my address os not associated with the tracking number there company provided. I informed the company I wanted my hair or to be refunded. I keep getting the same generic generated email from this company stating the package was delivered and to ask my neighbors. They have been uncooperative and dismissive regarding my emails and loss of money. I just wa t a full refunded
