I took my car here to have the paint corrected and a ceramic coating applied. The price was high but the owner assured me that he would make the car perfect. I was quoted for ********************** ultra topped with EXO. This product comes with a unique warranty ************* sticker per bottle. I was also promised an in house warranty on paint work. Upon picking the car up I was told that there had been an issue and the sticker and warranty card were "missing" from the bottle. I was also told that I needed to come back for a "performance wash" in a week to verify the coating's performance. Over the next few weeks I repeatedly visited and contacted ***************************** the owner concerning my warranty (paid about $3K for the work) and he kept beating around the ****. The story changed every time I talked to him. On his website and in person he claims to be an accredited installer of the coating but when I researched accredited installers on their website, his business does not show up. He kept saying that the chemical company Gtechniq wasn't getting back to him yet (and even feigned a call between himself and them in my presence).After waiting over a month to hear back from *****, and getting no text, call,or email, I reached out to the coating manufacterer and they confirmed they have had complaints about him and the misinformation on the product that he is spreading and that they have not been able to easily reach him either. At this point, they have recommended another detailer in the event that ties with APE Detail have to be broken. It has been over 3 months now and I am still waiting to hear back from the owner. Furthermore, the coating seems to be underperforming which has me concerned that between its under performance, the owner's sketchy lack of communication, some imperfections found under LED light,and the inability to supply a warranty card that something is wrong. I last left a text on 6/13/22 & voicemail on 6/21/22; still nothing back as of 8/22/22...
