In 2021 Airflow Heating Cooling and Solar installed three air conditioning units, including one in June 2021, which was a ****** BTU Midea Ductless Heat Pump system. As noted in the paid invoice, we had a "7 year full warranty, parts / labor." For the unit in the living room - Model/Serial Number: ************ Serial ********* - there has been a leak and a need for a cleaning since June 19.Having had a dreadful time having owner ***************** communicate and be good to his appointments over the three years, we confirmed an appointment for July 12, which was not a satisfactory lead time, but something we were willing to commit to. By June 20, ************** stated:"July 12th should be ok for someone to come check the system for you."I stated: "Thanks. July 12 we will put in stone."By July 11, as expected from the dishonorable **************, he was pushing the date out. By that Friday, July 11, ************** texted about Saturday: "We will get there asap. Just have to let him wrap up what we hoped would be done earlier today." Since then we have not heard from **************. Since we weren't receiving any replies, we had to get another company to diagnose the issue. The diagnosis, which was sent to ************** by June 21: "Found dirty filter - black particles coming out of heating unit system; recently had freon added. Clean blower and coil." We had told ************** we would take the matter further if he continued to break his agreements and avoid communication. So we are here. It is summer - with a strong need for air conditioning. I am asking that I am contacted by the business and then if Airflow can not do the job and honor the commitment to an appointment, he will pay for someone who is competent to come out and fix the issue.Note: If needed, I can supply other e-mails and texts to reveal the lack of reply and professionalism.
