    Pattern of Complaint:

In September 2024, BBB contacted this company regarding a pattern of complaint allegations. Complainants alleged that the products they had ordered were not delivered on time and, when they were delivered, were often in poor condition.
The company informed BBB that internal business conditions disrupted the processing of orders, but those conditions have been resolved. In recent months, the number of complaints submitted to BBB has decreased significantly.

I placed orders with Grace Rose Farm in 2023. The estate roses I ordered came but couple of them never "woke up." I did request a replacement for the one I wanted most but I let go on the others as a loss. Of estate roses I ordered, only a couple have survived. I placed two exclusive orders: 1/23/23 - 3 bushes 7/19/23 - 3 bushes I ordered for FALL DELIVERY. I never received them. I inquired and was told that I had opted to have them overwintered on Gracie's farm. I never opted to have them overwintered. I was told that it was in an email. I searched by keyword through every email. There was nothing stating my roses would be overwintered. I actually recieved my orders on 4/25/24 & 4/30/24. The roses were only about 6 inches tall and looked like rooted cuttings, not huge rose bushes I was promised (for forced waiting) I was unhappy with the size and when planted, there wasn't a root ball. The soil fell away. I planted them anyway and by 5/14/24 they were all either dead or close. I rarely lose bushes so I reached out to GRF & was told - give alfalfa and cut back. I agreed to try but told them Pink O'Hara was dead. They said they did not have another and I would have to get another rose. I got one because I did not want to wait another year+. Later I filled out the claim form for 2 more bushes that had died under their warranty. Another was dying, but I was still trying with the now 2 inch stubs from cutting die back. I was told I would get my replacements this fall. I reached out today to ask about them. I was told "I have just ordered these and they'll be delivered in spring" I said I was already told they had been ordered for fall. They sent back basically that it wasn't a good idea but they could send them by 12/24. After I was promised they would be here in fall. I have spent a lot & gotten nothing in return but run around and excuses. If you complain you are blacklisted and attacked by the followers of the company. PRIZES ARE GIVEN FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS.
