My project took almost 3 months September to November. 1. The dry wall has several openings. I asked to seal those opening before install the kitchen cabinet several times, but he did nothing, instead he used the foam glue.2. Now my kitchen is flooding, the pipe under the kitchen sink were disconnected and the new kitchen is wet.3. there are cracking sound on several area of the new floor. 4. I asked for a new electrical water heater installed outside the unit. but he did not, instead he just moved my old gas water-heater outside.5. all the electrical outlets were not sealed well. there are gap everywhere. 5. He is very pricy. I paid almost ****** to remodel the kitchen. not professional work at all.

This could not be further from the truth, I Properly install the insulation needed, place foam in every crack visible, due to an existing rodent and insect infestation, the openings in the cabinet were sealed with foam, to prevent the same existing insect and rodent condition, a cover was to be place on the face of the cabinets, however homeowner did not allow me to finish, I explained what i would do to correct anything that needed to be corrected, but homeowner decided not to proceed, kept the last payment, and said she would hire someone else to finish, the plumbing was left in working conditions, if the waste lines are bumped or move by accident which is what must have happened is not cover, the time to finish the project was delayed due to existing unforeseen problem conditions that kept coming up. For example, the living floor concrete slab was in badly need of repair, it was cut open, rebar, epoxy and new concrete to be poured, this cost extra and delayed the processed. There was one existing water leak from the second floor that involved a lot of work increasing price and time to finish, re-pipe plumbing, drywall, insulation, texture, prime and paint involved. The water heater was agreed upon installation, and was explained, an electric water heater was not going to work. the entire processed was explained to homeowner and a mutual agreement was reach on each step, even when this was change after a decision was made and then changed by homeowner, I went the extra mile to please her, the countertop was bought and changed several times only to install the original contractor suggested, change orders with price was presented on each phase on the entire project and was mutually agreed, the price for the amount of work that was done was more than fair.
