Before using this product, I looked up the company on INSTA to see what others are saying about it. There were many positive reviews so I decided to try it to see if it will help with my dark spots and hyperpigmentation. I bought the cream for inner thigh and another for dark spot removal on my face. I used both creams for about a week and realized that the one for dark spots did nothing but the other one for inner thigh had lifted my skin completely and a huge white spot remained along with blotchiness causing my skin to be uneven. I decided to stop using it to see if my skin would get back to normal but it's been almost a year and I still have this huge white patch where my skin was lifted and the rest of the skin surrounding it is dark with smaller white patches. The worst part is, I believe this is a PERMANENT issue. In the summer the area got darker but in the winter it revert right back to this huge white spot. I feel so self-conscious about my skin and so very uncomfortable. What makes things even worse, I used that same cream on my feet (at the same time) to try to remove the hyperpigmentation I sustained while on vacation. Now my feet are patchy white with blotchy spots - a totally different colour from the rest of my legs. I can't wear shorts anymore because I am so ashamed. I don't know what else to do. I long for my dark skin back but have no idea what to do to remove these white areas on my feet and inner thigh. I have reached out to the company who told me to keep using the cream to even out the darker part. Well why would I? My intention for using the cream was not to change my skin colour - all I wanted was even skin tone. If someone has been in a similar situation, please reach out to me and share your story and recommendations. I think my next step is to file a lawsuit against this company because my self confidence has taken a huge head dive.
