The MCT Group are thieves! They will harass you and not negotiate to settle debt. *********************** is a thief and needs to be disbarred for his unethical practices and abuse of Consumers, because he does not follow consumer rights laws under the ********* Act. My mother was in a comma from a brain aneurysm, so she had to voluntarily reposes her car in the late ****s. The ********** sold the loan to the MCT Group. The MCT Group never properly served the original summons. They immediately went to small claims and filed a lien judgement against all real and personal property. My mother tried several times to settle with ****************'s who refuse to settle once he received the lien judgement, because his goal is to take property and sell the property for five times the price of a vehicle. The original debt was only ****** and he continued to renew the judgment till it reached almost **********. This group has had many court cases filed in the 9th Cricut Appellate court due to unethical and illegal practices where they've taken SSA and VA Benefits, levied properties behind medical and car repossessions. These people have become millionaires living off of the elderly, or veterans, and hard-working everyday citizens. The worst part is that this group is legally buying debt and abusing consumer laws. If you see anything with MCT Group report them to the BBB because they buy debt so they can *** and capitalize off of ********** Civil laws that allow them to bully, manipulate, evict, harass, and take from the consumer with no fair equity... All the Attorney's under this group need to be disbarred.

MCT would like to properly address the concerns addressed in this review but we are unable to locate the file that this Third-party is referencing because the name of the Consumer is not given. This review is written by a Third-party and without the Consumer's name, *** is unable to respond adequately or accurately. I will say, for the record, that MCT is NOT a debt buyer and we pride ourselves on our adherence to both local & Federal laws. We are sorry that this individual's family is experiencing medical troubles and our hearts go out to them.
