Under represent their league bowlers Lie to police departments regarding situations inside the alley that are imperative to our security and safety

    Gable House Bowl Response

    05/03/2022

Paulette was asked to leave the premises due to her treatment of employees. She refused to leave so the Police were called. They escorted her out. The only thing that we told the Police is that she was asked to leave. We did so again in front of the Police. It didn't matter to the Police why she was asked to leave. They didn't care.

There were no situations inside that affected the security and safety of anyone inside. We had no reason to lie. The Police observed us asking her to leave. Anything that happened after that is between her and the Police.

    Customer Response

The report from the police department and the statements by officer driving vehicle and the MD data regarding the call that was shown to me by officer do not agree that that is all that was happening. A league bowler, obviously WITHOUT a contract, even though USBC told her that there is one between the league and the Bowling center and the USBC (whom governs the leagues nationwide). I requested such contract and the answer I received by league secretary was " There Never Was One". well thats unfortunate this leads this whole event to wonder... If you are a paid League bowler and you do not owe a penny to league AND someone high up on league wants their friend/family to jump on a league which ALREADY has HALF the league paid for then how easy would it be to claim someones "not nice" which is what the desk claimed then out the door that league bowler goes(without any rights) . no money is returned because you are bad, they say, and there are no contractual binding anything, but yet money has been given, taken and not returned. Claims spouted by venue are to be because they were again saying this league bowler is just "Not Nice" to someone (without any evidence) or conversation with the league bowler. that would be fine with a public patron but don't think this flies as far as the crow here!
hence any business has that right. but not when there is a duration of time committed to be paid by Initial league members Sanctioned by the USBC without a contract whom had numerous times requested the rules regarding the mission statement and again answered "No nothing else to give to me " on the lines of regarding rights on the league or in the alley. not posted in business anywhere. conduct on weekend nights on a poster board out front. They Have Rights! league bowlers do not!
