    My car has been broken into three times on this property. The gates break down and are often left open, but this isnt going to stop the vandalism nor is it the property's fault. What concerns me is their lack of response or concern for these things when they occur. Maintenance will drive buy cars with broken windows and property thrown about and not make one attempt to respond to it. They seem to wait until the owners of the car find out, then the only they will do is file your police report in their office so that you have a record on file that it occurred. On one occurence more than 5 cars were broken into on in day and when I called into the office to ask to speak with the Manager, I was given the run around by whomever picked up the phone. He wouldnt tell me who the regional mrg was and was only willing to take down my information. When I said, I want to be the one to call in. He went on to say that he did not know who I was or where I was located. Then when we ended the call he said "Have a nice day and proceeded to state my name!" So he knew who I was the whole time and was playing as if he didnt know. The male managers at this location really need training in how to speak with customers with empathy and how not to be so **** and rude.
