To provide some insight, isolating an issue can sometimes happen very quickly. In certain cases, if the problem is easily identifiable, our technicians may be able to perform a basic assessment in just a few minutes and provide an estimate for the repairs. A diagnostic typically involves identifying the root cause of the issue, and in this case, it seems the technician was able to quickly assess what might be needed.
That said, we absolutely understand how this could feel unclear, especially when our website mentions free diagnostics. We strive to be transparent, and Im sorry if that wasnt the case here. Wed be happy to go over the details of what was done and clarify any concerns. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we appreciate the chance to make things right.
