Their customer service was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company.From the beginning, timelines were not met, and deadlines were constantly pushed back with little to no explanation. Communication was poornot only with us as the homeowners but also with their workers. I ended up having to act as the Project Manager daily, constantly coordinating between the random workers that showed up not knowing what to do.The quality of work was subpar, and many aspects had to be redone multiple times due to shoddy workmanship. Cleanliness was a major issuethey left our house in a constant state of dust and debris for over six weeks, creating significant health and comfort issues for us. When we asked for help they shared that we would need clean our ducts, they offered to do ***** an additional $3,000!It got worse when contractors began calling us, saying they hadnt been paid and wouldnt return until payment issues were resolved. This led to new workers being brought in who didnt understand the project. The company seemed to be constantly pressed for moneyworkers didnt show up on some days because their company credit cards wouldnt work, and there was no communication to us about these delays.While they initially sounded great and even offered financing, we eventually had to kick them out and hire new contractors to repair their mess.
