      Ordered phone case and never got status update after order. After a few days I followed up via email.... no reply back. Then I called. Number has full mail box. BBB alternate number listed always busy. There are many complaints against this company and F rating to boot. I think this business is just taking money and not delivering. Shame on them. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am not expecting anything beyond help from credit card company. If i get my money back I will be happy but this business should be shut down. I will file any complaint to state of California but not sure which agency.

      I'm writing regards to order ****** to myphonecase.com placed on April 15th 2022 from my **** checking account. I have received no confirmation other than the initial purchase. My account I set up on there website isn't working, there phone number is out of service, there emails they don't respond. No tracking number ANYTHING. I would *** my order or a refund I believe this a fraudulent company numerous complaints online should have investigated more before purchasing.       I purchased the full body rugged gorilla glass phone case for a ******* galaxy S9 in black on 2-26-2022. I received the correct case but for a different phone. I have sent several emails and tried to call but the voicemail is always full, with no response.Shipping label is from another town than listed on their website.

      I purchased a phone car holder on this website by creating a account and password on 3/08/2022 with priority mail for an extra charge. But this site doesn't recognize me as creating one. The funds were taken and I received a conformation email with my order number of ****** and receipt on the same day. I tried to contact them through calling and emailing them. The phone number provided says the mailbox is full and my emails have gone unanswered. As of today 3/17/2022 I haven't heard anything from myphonecase.com. I'm asking for my product I ordered or my money refunded back to me.Sincerely yours ****** Preson

      I ordered a phone case from Myphonecase.com I have not received my product! They wont answer there phone line or answer any emails! I have read several reviews online and theres a lot of people complaining about the same issue with this company! Something needs to happen! I dont care if I get a refund or not, I just want this company to quit scamming!

      Ordered a phone case on 12/5/2021 and the company will not respond to requests for updates or shipping. Order # ****** iphone 13 case for total $21.30 paid. Will upload confirmation statement.

      I ordered two items from this company on 12/2/2021 and I have only rec'd 1 of the items in the order #******. They will not return my calls, will not acknowledge my emails for information. I would like them to refund my money. I see numerous people are having the same issue.
