It was a big mistake signing on with the Jesse Dryer Agency. We were with them for 4 years. We had multiple miscommunications and reestablishing our insurance needs. Their biggest problem in ******** is that they use a 3rd party agency for collection and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. After every re-clarification of our policy we had billing issues. At one point we found out that none of our vehicles were even covered for 6 months - e 6 months. We never got any feedback from any agent. We had to discover these inadequacies soon our own. So we had enough and decided to change to State Farm. That was when the REAL problem started. We physically talked to someone at the agency to cancel our insurance. Then we started getting the bills. We paid every one immediately. The problem were the bills coming 6 months later. Then a collection notice that we didn't even know that we owed. Then today - 2 YEARS later - we got a notice that a bill for $50.37 went to a collection agency. This was the second time they did this to us. There was NEVER any communication from any agent about an issue. Now this bill which will effect my Very Good credit bureau rating just shows up in the mail. No explanation on the notice. I can see why Jesse Dryer is NOT an accredited BBB business.
