$4k down the drain I now have to go to small claims to get not to mention hiring another contractor to correct/and complete the house remodel **** failed to do. Does not honor his word or project timeframe and seeing the other bad reviews I should have checked the business more thoroughly.

Hello Ms.*****, in our understanding we did not conduct business with you in this project, for our understanding we conducted business with *********************** the owner of the property, not with you ma'am, and yes we charged a 4k non refundable deposit to secure and land the project, in the contract, the project consisted as follows, Popcorn ceiling texture removal, prime and Repaint all ceilings for approximately 1342sqfts space total, interior painting a total of 1342sqfts of walls, baseboards,doors, door trims etc.. we did explain to the property owner *********************** that just for the project mentioned above it would take us 3 days to complete, we recently started working on the project yesterday Tuesday 06/14/2022 we were almost complete with the Popcorn Texture Removal when the owner *********************** showed up and told us to stop working and leave the rest as is and forced us to leave the premises, she didn't allow us to complete the project as stated in the contract, she basically did a breached of contract, we did assured that we would complete the project by this Friday 06/17/2022 but *********************** did not allow us to continue working on our second day on the job we sincerely believe that for some reason *********************** didn't want to pay as agreed on the contract, we did nothing wrong at all we were doing our job professionally and in the right time frame, we are really sorry for the inconvenience, we are willing to go back and complete the project, but if you'd like to take us to court go right ahead we will explain it to the judge!
