Dont trust this shop! I brought an enclosed cargo trailer that developed a broken frame due to rust. Originally, one of his employees looked under the trailer and estimated it would cost @$600 to fix. I gave the manager (***) a $300 deposit for the work. About a week or so later I was called to see the extent of the frame damage and was told that the repair would likely exceed $1000. Knowing that I had only paid $1500 to purchase the trailer a few weeks before the breakdown, the owner offered to share in the proceeds once the trailer was sold after the repair work was completed. However, he stated that he was too busy to work the repair right away. It was at that point that COVID struck. A few months later, I ended up purchasing a brand new trailer to finish the work the broken one would have been used for. Despite a number of visits to the shop, there was never any sign that they started the work. Nor did I get a call to take the trailer elsewhere. This past Saturday I went to the shop and there was no sign of the trailer shell that had been stored outside in their fenced in yard for about two years. Now I have NO IDEA what has become of the broken trailer and all of its pieces as it was disassembled.
