            I have been with a ***** for about 12 to 13 years I have been loyal I have userd their service every shopping trip I do whether it's to the convenience store or to the grocery store online shopping everywhere everywhere. I have referred multiple multiple ****** and brought them into the service I was probably amongst the first ****** to ever use their service and had been steadily faithful to them I appreciate the cash back it's great and I get to earn and find new products which is great but what I don't appreciate is when they deactivate my account for no apparent reason they say that I have violated their terms and rights what they do not they failed to explain to you what that is which there's impossible for me to do that I have earned over $3,000 with Ibotta and here now that I'm at the 3000 **** they want to deactivate my account I'm mad I want my money and I don't appreciate being treated like this for a long-term customer that I have been they do not respond to emails and when they do it's automated they have no customer service they have no live support no chat no nothing I want to be able to have my account reactivated and I want to be able to withdraw my earnings and that is that or I will be taking further action.

            This used to be a good thing, not any longer. Takes too long to get rebates, items that match are often ignored. Bonuses are lost due to the long periods to get regular rebates.

            I DID reach out through the help center. Started that process on 10/19 and when I contacted BBB, I still had not had any resolution through the help center.
