A to Z Roofing Response

Our apologies if there was confusion regarding our contractual terms and conditions; A to Z does not collect any money "up front". We do request that a portion (40% for cash based contracts, and ACV proceeds of insurance based contracts) of contractual funds are paid upon material delivery and commencement of work.
As an insurance based trade, your insurance company dictates the scope and costs associated with the work required to return your home to pre-loss condition. A to Z will work with your insurance provider to ensure that all necessary costs are accounted for (pre-existing, code required, etc.). It is not a requirement for A to Z to work with your insurance provider, it is simply a courtesy that we offer with our insurance based contracts.
We do feel that our policies and procedures are well within the scope of an insurance based, 25+ year BBB Accredited trade contractor.
