Attached, please find the scanned BBB Consumer Dispute Form, along with other supporting documents for your consideration.
Please let me know if you need anything further from us regarding this issue.
Estes Park Trolley called me last week to discuss my messages with them, and they said that their driver was there, picked up other passengers, and tried calling us. But we did not have reception in that area and we were waiting where the rest of the vans/buses were and never saw them. We walked around the building a few times and never saw the Trolley. The driver, if they were actually there, never walked around the building to see if we were there. There were no signs directing us to where their pick up spot was. The company said their president would call me later in the day (this was Friday), but they have yet to call me.
We would like our money back, the cost of gas to travel back and forth from Colorado Springs, and some compensation for our time and the duress we encountered.
