On July 16th ordered two items, one item shipped one did not (Men's Attack Air Jersey - FUEGO DEPTH / XL), after 3 emails with 2 going unanswered I finally heard back on July 25th that the item was out of stock and I would be refunded, they did not give a time frame for this refund nor have I had official notice from the store the item has been refunded. The online store portal still reads that the order is partially fulfilled. Reached out again on August 1st no communication back. I feel there is a chance that I will never see the refund.Initial Complaint

Company sent me a shoe that was oversized and doesn't fit, they refuse to exchange for the right size or to issue a refund. I used their size guide that was inaccurate. This is my first time shopping with this company and their customer service has been terrible.Initial Complaint

Re: Order #********, Pullover Hoodie The size chart for this item which I relied on when making my purchase indicated a chest measurement of "43.5-47.5 inches". The actual chest measurement of the item is 50 inches. My chest measurement is 43 inches. This item is much too large for me. I contacted customer service by telephone soon after receipt, requesting an exchange for a smaller size (which was available in inventory) and was denied, as this was a "final sale." I believe that an exception should have been made due to the incorrect information on sizing advertised by Pearl Izumi. Subsequent requests to Pearl Izumi via email have been ignored.Business response

We received the attached complaint on 12/8/2021 and immediately resolved the issue. I personally spoke with the customer immediately following the receipt of the letter. The customer was sent a new Pullover Hoodie at no charge in the right size with expedited shipping.
This has been resolved on our side complete.
