      Not sure where this company came from but after reading a few reviews this could be one of those companies where you apply for a loan and that site you give your info to send your information to multiple companies but to get the information about the company you have to actually click on a yes or something like that and before you know it, you are signed up for something that you had no intentions of signing up for.. This company uses trickery to get people to sign up if that is the case, actually that can be the only case because I have not used my card to sign up for anything in a long time other than a loan to get a car and since then have been getting emails from allot of fake companies stating I have been approved.. I don't need this services what ever it. I went to their website and there is no information about what they do other than the option to sign in and I have no clue what the sign in info is.

      We are not a loan company. We provided credit monitoring services and access to a person's credit report(s) and score(s).  There is no way to sign up for services without completing a 4 page signup process that requires date of birth, social security number, full credit card, and billing information, acceptance of payment terms, as well as completing an identity verification with the credit bureau. The process is not something that Mr. ****** could have completed accidentally or without intention. Mr. ****** was charged $1 to the card provided. The subsequent monthly fee of $39.90 was declined by the financial institution, therefore the fee was not collected and thus can not be refunded. The account is canceled. Please close this complaint.

      Ms. ********** signed up for credit monitoring services on July 31 from an IP address in ****** ****** **, the same city and state where she resides. Signup is a 4-page process that requires his date of birth, social security number, full credit card, and billing information as well as completing an identity verification with the credit bureau. Ms. ********** never contacted us to inquire about the charge or to cancel. Instead, she filed this complaint, which was the first notice received regarding the issue. Upon receipt of this complaint, Ms. ***********s account was immediately canceled and even though she was not eligible for any refunds, a courtesy refund was issued. We request the complaint now be closed.

      I found a charge for $39.90 from a ********** on December 2nd, on my credit card that I have no idea what it's for. I searched my email, and not only do I have 0 reciepts from a ********** on, or in the days around, December 2, have never done any business with a **********, as far as I can tell, I've NEVER done ANY business with them!

      The Dec 2 charge for $39.90 is for the December credit monitoring service that Mr. ********** signed up for on August 31st from an IP address in ***** ***** **. the same city and state he resides. Mr. ********** could have contacted us at any time to cancel his services, however, the first notice we have received that he wished to discontinue services was the receipt of this complaint.       on Nov. 1st, I received an email concerning a $39.90 fee/charge against my debit card. this was from *************** ***, whom I've never heard of, nor would I ever need a svc. or product from them.. I tried to contact them thru a reply to their email, got no response.. tried to phone them yet couldn't locate a number to call.. I've since sent a couple emails to them yet no response to date.. I'm at a loss as to what I can do.. I simply can't afford to write this loss off, I'm on social security and receive less than 800 a month.. this is terrible..

      Mr. ******* did in fact sign up for services on October 3. Signup is a 4-page process that required his date of birth, social security number, full credit card, and billing information as well as completing an identity verification with the credit bureau. Once email was received from Mr. ******* on November 1 requesting cancellation, and his account was immediately cancelled that day. Additionally, a cancellation confirmation email was sent to the email address on file, which is the same email address he provided in his complaint.  The last fee billed to Mr. ******* had not processed through his financial institution at the time of cancellation, and as such the charge was cancelled and no payment was finalized.   As Mr.  ******* did sign up and agree to the services and authorized the fees and was cancelled 6 days prior to his filing a complaint, we request the complaint now be closed.

      On or about Sept 27, 2023, I was inquiring for my credit card for low cost housing search. Under *** housing search, ****************** drop down menu appeared. There was request for 1.00 and sign up for account. On Oct 4, 2023 a charge of 30.90 was made on my account. I signed into my clickfreescore account and found that I had signed up for membership. I called phone number and was unsuccessful in reaching anyone, (due to technical error). Other option was live chat which they said a welcome email had been sent when I signed up explaining 7 day trial. Looking at my email history, I never received this email. I would have addressed this matter at that time. I was told the charge was valid and did receive email confirmation of cancellation. The refund request is under consideration. The click free score is misleading and website is confusing for seniors like myself.

      Ms. *** signed up for a $1 7-day trial.  The offer terms were clear and conspicuous, stating the date the trial would end, the cost after the trial for the membership, and the toll-free number to cancel. This was stated in multiple places on the website, including the page where all the payment information was given. A transaction receipt/welcome email was emailed to the email address provided at sign-up, which also had all the details of the offer. Ms. *** contacted customer service online on October 4th, after the trial ended, requesting cancelation and refund.  She was immediately canceled.  A courtesy refund has been issued. There is no record of any calls.  As Ms. *** did sign up, was canceled and refunded as requested, we request this complaint be closed.

      I don't understand how this company got my information I never signed up for anything with this company they have been taking money out of my account I have been late with paying my bills I thought maybe I didn't have enough in my account until I had to go to the bank and do some business and that is when I found out scrshin.com I've never even seen this site please help is these people even legit I ****** the site and reviews was horrible it seems I'm not the only one getting scammed

Ms. ******* could have contacted us at any time to cancel her services, however, Ms. ******* never contacted us prior to September 26. On that day she contacted customer service and her account was cancelled. Even though she was not eligible for any refunds, a courtesy one has been issued. As Ms. ******* did sign up and agree to the services and authorized the fees and is now canceled and refunded, as well as her complaint containing libelous and slanderous comments, we request this complaint be closed.

      I have been charged for a monthly membership under ************* which is owned by noscore. I have been in the hospital since october 29th 2022 and was just released last week. I have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and will need a heart transplant. I'm finally well enough to come home and I come home to four charges of 39.99 on a cash app card i only keep in case I lose my actual bank card. I called the company and was told no refund would be given because my email matched the account. I'm not sure how this company could have gotten my card number, but it has since been cancelled and a new one reissued. According to their own records, no one has ever logged into this account for any reason. Not once. Why would anyone have an account they don't use? I was in a medically induced coma for the first two weeks of November and the first week is December. These people are clearly thieves. I don't know how they are allowed to continue their fake businesses. I even did some research on the services they promise for the fee every month and they don't even monitor anything. Luckily. I want my money back from these crooks. * *

When Ms. ***** contacted us on Feb 11 requesting cancelation, her account was canceled and refunded. As Ms. *****s desired resolution was given we ask that the complaint be removed and closed.

      I saw two transaction on my statement so I inquired.Thats when I found out ****** .had withdrawn the two 39.96 Amounts.when I was talking to the rep About why they told me I had a membership,which I told them I knew of no such membership.so as we proceeded to cancel it is when I asked if I the money will go back on my card.They said why do I want a refund I was like because I didn't even know of the company an said membership .after that they explained it was started back in August of 2022 I was shocked I said you can clearly see that no activity 0n the account they agreed an said they sent an email to ask why I hadn't logged on or used any services.I didn't know of the membership cause I didn't start it. I also looked an no such email was sent. After requesting a refund the rep then went into identity theft online were people get an start membership ect I don't know how this membership happened but in lu of their attempting to resale me a membership I think this happened so they can uninformed people an withdraw money Through a survey site which asked for credit checks.they also said no guarantee to receive refund .which is an out rage,please I'm a single mom I can't afford to be tooken advantage of a big co which has the means to create a more accurate plan for people to be informed especially if there is no activity But they still withdraw funds I requested the 80 dallars for the two this month I feel I should receive the whole refund of 480.i never even logged in or had any activity.please help me bring this up to them

      Ms. ******* signed up for services on August 7. Signup is a 4-page process that requires her date of birth, social security number, full credit card and billing information as well as completing an identity verification with the credit bureau. Ms. ******* signed up from an IP address located in *** *****, the same city that appears on this BBB complaint. She could have cancelled at any time, however, the first notice we received that she wished to discontinue services was on January 10 when she contacted customer service and requested cancellation. Ms. *******'s account was immediately cancelled. While Ms. ******* was not eligible for a refund, a refund has been issued for the 4 payments she made. To be clear, 100% of the money charged by us has been refunded. . Ms. ******* is now asking for a refund over and above that. Due to the fact Ms. ******* did not cancelling and she did was refunded, we request this complaint be closed.
