      7/12/24 I went to this flower shop to order a funeral arrangement delivered 7/14/24 to ****** ******* ****.Large arrangement $200-$225 of hydrangea, sunflowers, NO LILLIES. I pointed to a small vase of white hydrangea and small light purple and said "something like this but bigger and with sunflowers". I wanted to card to state "T* **** ***** ***** *** ******: In loving memory of *****...He will be forever in our hearts. Love ******* ****** ***** **** *** *** ** *** ******" Total cost with taxes and $15 delivery fee I paid $234 with my debit card. On 7/14/24 I called the shop at 2:54pm asking if my flowers were delivered because there was no names on a large arrangement. I was told, "Yes they were delivered" and was asked to send a photo to her phone to confirm. I did. They were my flowers. This arrangement had 2 hydrangea, 1 was wilted.. 4 cala lillies (LILLIES), tall flowers and sticks that should be in a ******** arrangement, a card with the WRONG NAME (****** *** *****) and none of our names as to who this was from (a blessing I think because I was so embarrassed this was what i paid for). I spoke to a girl again 7/14 and she asked if I wanted a refund or another arrangement and I said a refund.Owner would call me next day-he did I missed call.My husband spoke to him 7/16 at length. Owner refused refund, stated was in policy no refunds. I was never shared or given store policy. Said he would call back either later in day or 7/17, never did. My husband called 3x 7/17/24. I want a full refund of $234. The flowers were so distasteful in general, especially for a funeral...friend's name was the wrong name, had wrong flowers in it, our names were not on the card. I want a full refund. I do not want a new arrangement sent to my friends. Embarrassing and poor business. Instead of fixing the problem, the owner was arguing with my husband on a bereavement day following the loss of his friend. Poor customer service and very distasteful.
