Many years ago, during the holidays, my basement flooded and I needed a plumber in the worst way, I couldn't get anyone to come do the repair, but I lucked up and found ***** *** ***** Plumbing and I've never trusted anyone else to take care of my plumbing. I was on the telephone with their dispatch, who was as sweet as she could be, she understood that I was in a pinch and did everything within her power to make sure that I the help I needed, she dispatched a plumber to my home who got to work and saved my holidays, it's hard to entertain family and friends when the plumbing is out of order, the plumber began work on the problem, and what I liked most about him ,he explained what was wrong and the steps he was going to take in order to fix the problem, he was patient and understanding and set my mind at ease, he was very kind and caring, most folks just want to come in get the job done and barely say a word to the customers, well he didn't, we spoke as if we were old friends, which is very refreshing, he was very human, very family orientated, I got that impression when I spoke with dispatch, hear voice relayed concern and care regarding my problem, I've dealt with the company so much so that dispatch knows my voice and we always have a friendly chat, she asks if the prior completed jobs are still satisfactory, she asks about family and my general wellbeing, you don't get that with regular business, they are just about the business, the dollar, not the people. This company has been a saving grace for me, and in this day and age there are very few things you can say that about, luckily, I can say that about ****** *** ***** Plumbing, I have recommended this company to everyone who has asked if I knew a good plumber, I've given them my honest opinion regarding their work ethics and the feel of the company and people, I have been a loyal customer to this company and will remain so, Kudos to this company for always providing me and my family with their very, very best.

HomeServe did a wonderful job with my plumbing issue, first time using the service and it was quick, easy and painless reaching out for service. Antonio was the plumber that came out and he was Very Professional And Explained Everything In Great Detail. Fixed Our Problem Quickly And Would Highly Recommend Him and HomeServe!
