I purchased ammunition June 17 2024. I noticed after a week or so I hadn’t received any tracking information and emailed the company. The response was a computer issue and was having trouble getting the orders shipped and would be rectified quickly. 4 weeks goes by and nothing shipped, notified them again and was told the product is in stock and would go out shortly. 40 plus days I requested a refund and was told it was going to be a short time with all the cancellations. On April 10 2024, I placed an order with Clark Armory with stated shipping terms within 5 days. I did not receive my shipment by April 25th so I contacted them and they stated their warehouse was behind but product will ship. I continued to wait but the product never shipped. I contacted them on June 26th cancelling my order and requesting a refund. I have not received a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered some 9mm and .40 through Clark Armory on April 16th 2024 in the amount of $137.92. After it did not ship within one month … I asked for a refund. It has now been 3 months and 8 days since submitting the order. I never received what I ordered or the refund. I have emailed Clark Armory six times and their response is that the refund is ‘delayed’. This is obviously unacceptable.Initial Complaint

Placed an order (on-line) for ammunition, on April 21st, 2024. I have contacted CLARK ARMORY a dozen times regarding my order. They keep saying, "It's a warehouse issue, be patient". I perused the Review Page for CLARK ARMORY, it seems I am one of hundreds of customers who have been asking for their order...and /or a refund. Several individuals have gotten the same excuse..."Warehouse issues". It's now 66 days without this issue being resolved. If this business has gone under...they are STILL advertising on-line. Something needs to be done.Customer response

On 4/2/2024 I made an online purchase. I am yet to receive the product purchased. Initially they were responsive via email when I reached out and stated warehouse issues. However, they will not return my calls nor emails at this time, and I have requested a refund. This was for order #*****. I sent in the necessary FID and ID information following the order, so there is not a possibility I am at fault.Initial Complaint

Clark armory had an advertisement for 9mm ammunition. Purchased 4 boxes for a price of $114. This was April 19th. I have contacted the seller twice to see what the problem is. They said that they are having supply problems but would refund me the $114. I have yet to receive anything from them.Initial Complaint

ordered ammunition which was supposed to be in stock . it was to be delivered within 10 days. I have requested refund and will not be given a working phone number to speak with someone. they give the excuse that they have so many cancelled orders that they have not been able to get my money back. this is now going on about 4 months. I just want my credit card reimbursed
